江苏苏南苏北休闲农业差异化发展对策研究

【摘要】：休闲农业是农业与旅游业交叉的新型产业,它集农业生产、农民生活和农村生态于一体。它有别于一般的观光旅游,既能给消费者提供休闲的场所,又能带动农业经济的发展,优化了农村产业结构、为剩余劳动力提供就业机会同时也增加了农民收入、改善了乡村环境、有利于农村地区的发展。 江苏作为全国的经济大省,农业比较发达。近几年在政府的带动下,休闲农业随着城市化的进程迅速发展,市场需求不断增大,休闲农业的项目数量增长很快。但在迅速发展的同时,由于苏南苏北的地域、文化、经济等因素差异,导致休闲农业的发展严重不平衡。本文在分析了苏南苏北休闲农业发展的现状及问题的基础上,提出了休闲农业差异化发展的一些对策。 文章的绪论部分就江苏苏南苏北休闲农业如何差异化发展问题的提出以及研究意义进行论述,并在参阅以往研究文献的基础上对我国以及国外研究现状进行归纳总结,作为本文研究的前期准备；并且对近几年江苏休闲农业的发展趋势进行分析归纳,找到研究的切入点,查找了与本研究方向一致的文献进行归纳总结。本论文通过对休闲农业的相关概念以及发展历程的介绍,对当前的休闲农业有一个详细的了解。 论文通过对苏南苏北休闲农业的研究以开发条件、发展现状、类型特点三个方面,全面解读苏南苏北休闲农业当前的发展,结合江苏省休闲农业的发展趋势分析苏南苏北休闲农业存在的问题,并对所存在的问题进行深刻剖析,找出发展对策。 本论文从休闲农业的发展业态、发展规模、园区项目以及休闲农业的营销手段四个方面对苏南苏北休闲农业的同质化做了详细的分析,并且总结了同质化现象形成的原因以及给苏南苏北休闲农业发展带来的弊端。 江苏休闲农业在全国范围内发展较早,而苏南地区经济发达、交通便利,休闲农业相对于苏北地区比较有优势。本文希望通过对苏南苏北当前的休闲农业发展研究,为苏南苏北休闲农业进行差异化发展提供一些对策建议,从而实现江苏苏南苏北休闲农业差异化发展。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new type of industry which intersects agriculture and tourism. It integrates agricultural production, farmers' life and rural ecology. It is different from the general sightseeing tour. It can not only provide leisure places for consumers, but also promote the development of the agricultural economy, optimize the rural industrial structure, provide employment opportunities for the surplus labor force, and at the same time increase the peasants' income. Improved rural environment, conducive to the development of rural areas. Jiangsu as the national economic province, agriculture is relatively developed. In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, the market demand of leisure agriculture is increasing, and the number of leisure agriculture projects is increasing rapidly. But at the same time, the development of leisure agriculture is seriously unbalanced due to the difference of region, culture, economy and so on in the south and north of Jiangsu. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of leisure agriculture development in southern and northern Jiangsu, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the differential development of leisure agriculture. In the introduction part, the author discusses how to develop the leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu province and the significance of the research, and sums up the current research situation in our country and abroad on the basis of referring to the previous research documents. As the preliminary preparation of this study; And the development trend of Jiangsu leisure agriculture in recent years is analyzed and summarized, the breakthrough point of research is found, and the literature which is consistent with this research direction is summarized. Through the introduction of the concept and development of leisure agriculture, this paper has a detailed understanding of the current leisure agriculture. Based on the research of leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu province, this paper comprehensively interprets the current development of leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu province in three aspects: the conditions of development, the present situation of development and the characteristics of the types. Combined with the development trend of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province, the problems existing in leisure agriculture in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu are analyzed, and the existing problems are deeply analyzed, and the development countermeasures are found out. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the homogeneity of leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu Province from four aspects: the development of leisure agriculture, the scale of development, the project of park and the marketing means of leisure agriculture. And summed up the causes of homogenization and the development of leisure agriculture in the north and south of Jiangsu. Jiangsu leisure agriculture developed earlier in the whole country, while southern Jiangsu has developed economy and convenient transportation, and leisure agriculture has more advantages than northern Jiangsu. This paper hopes to provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the differential development of leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu province through the research on the development of leisure agriculture in the north and south of Jiangsu province, so as to realize the differentiated development of the leisure agriculture in the south and north of Jiangsu province.
