北京陶然亭旅游目的地旅游环境承载力研究

【摘要】：旅游业在发展之初，存在着这样一种观点：旅游业是“朝阳产业”，对环境的破坏较小，投资回收期短，收益高。然而，伴随着旅游业的快速发展；旅游客源市场的扩大和活动的范围的日益增加，旅游这一综合性的活动对目的地环境的影响渐渐明显，且呈现逐年严重的趋势。为准确衡量二者的关系，科学管理旅游对环境的影响，在承载力的基础上引入了旅游环境承载力（TECC，TourismEnvironmental Carrying Capacity）的概念。 旅游环境承载力阐释的是这样一个概念：一段时间内，某旅游地能够支持的旅游活动的最大强度，，也可以理解为目的地环境系统可以承载的极限旅游活动。在一般情况下，指在不对旅游目的地的物理环境、经济环境和社会文化环境造成破坏，也不削弱旅游者旅游体验的满意度的情况下，旅游目的地能承载的游客的最大数量。它持续受空间、时间、旅游类型、旅游活动强度等要素的影响，是多变量综合影响的元素。 本文首先阐述了旅游环境承载力的概念和内涵特征，选取北京陶然亭旅游目的地作为研究区域，对陶然亭旅游目的地的基本情况、资源概况和社会经济状况做了阐释，运用实证研究分析游客对陶然亭旅游目的地的印象。在此基础上，结合陶然亭旅游目的地的实际情况，确定本文研究的指标，通过计算测量陶然亭旅游目的地的旅游环境承载力水平。最后，在综合旅游环境承载力计算结果的基础上，提出相应的对策和建议，以指导陶然亭旅游目的地健康科学地发展。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the development of tourism, there is such a viewpoint: tourism is a "sunrise industry", the damage to the environment is small, the payback period of investment is short, and the income is high. However, with the rapid development of tourism, the expansion of tourist market and the increasing range of activities, tourism, a comprehensive activity of the impact on the destination environment gradually obvious, and presents a serious trend year by year. In order to accurately measure the relationship between the two and scientifically manage the impact of tourism on the environment, the concept of tourism environmental carrying capacity (TECC,TourismEnvironmental Carrying Capacity) is introduced on the basis of carrying capacity. Tourism environmental carrying capacity explains the concept that the maximum intensity of tourism activities supported by a tourist destination within a period of time can also be understood as the ultimate tourism activity that can be carried by the destination environment system. In general, it refers to the maximum number of tourists that the tourist destination can carry without destroying the physical environment, economic environment and social and cultural environment of the tourist destination, nor weakening the satisfaction of the tourist experience. It is continuously influenced by space, time, type of tourism, intensity of tourism activity and so on. Firstly, this paper expounds the concept and connotation of tourism environmental carrying capacity, selects the tourism destination of Beijing Taolanting as the research area, and explains the basic situation, resources and social and economic situation of the tourism destination of Tao ran Pavilion. Empirical study is used to analyze the tourists' impression on the tourist destination of Tao Lanting. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the tourism destination of Tao Gan Ting, the indexes studied in this paper are determined, and the tourism environment carrying capacity level of the tourism destination of Tao ran Pavilion is measured by calculation. Finally, on the basis of the calculation results of comprehensive tourism environmental carrying capacity, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide the healthy and scientific development of the tourism destination of Tao Lanting.
