新疆节庆旅游资源的整合研究

【摘要】：新疆是旅游资源十分丰富的地区。近些年来，随着节庆旅游业的发展，节庆旅游的带动效应得到了广泛的关注，越来越多的地区开始举办节庆旅游活动。2009年，新疆举办了一系列的节庆旅游活动，随后新疆的节庆旅游业得到了突飞猛进的发展。随着节庆活动举办地区的扩大和举办数量的激增，越来越多的问题开始暴露出来，影响新疆节庆旅游业的进一步发展。本文采用文献资料查询法收集相关资料，，在新疆节庆旅游资源进行概述与特征描述的基础上，从新疆节庆旅游业的发展优势以及现阶段存在的问题入手，对新疆节庆旅游业的发展现状作出分析；其次，从节庆市场的需求与供给入手对新疆节庆旅游市场的形成机理进行分析，并对新疆现阶段节庆旅游资源整合的必要性进行客观阐述；在此基础上结合前人的研究成果采用德尔菲法、层次分析法构建了影响新疆节庆旅游发展的评价指标体系，通过建立的评价体系寻找到了影响新疆节庆旅游发展的关键性因素；最后，以寻找出的关键因素为出发点，重点从节庆旅游产品、市场、交通和管理的整合方面对新疆节庆旅游资源的整合进行分析探讨，并提出整合的相关策略。本文的研究在一定意义上对新疆节庆旅游业的发展起到了指导意义，具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。得到的主要结论有：（1）节庆旅游资源和基础设施建设在新疆节庆旅游发展的条件中所占权重比例分别排在第一位和第二位，是影响新疆节庆旅游发展的重要因素。（2）通过对新疆节庆旅游评价指标体系中因子权重的分析得出：新疆节庆旅游资源的整合应该从节庆旅游产品、市场、交通和管理这四方面入手。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is a region rich in tourism resources. In recent years, with the development of festival tourism, the driving effect of festival tourism has been paid more and more attention, and more areas began to hold festival tourism activities. In 2009, Xinjiang held a series of festival tourism activities. Since then, the festival tourism in Xinjiang has been developed by leaps and bounds. With the expansion of the festival area and the increase in the number of festivals, more and more problems begin to be exposed, affecting the further development of the festival tourism in Xinjiang. Based on the summary and characteristic description of Xinjiang festival tourism resources, this paper uses the method of literature inquiry to collect relevant materials, and starts with the advantages of Xinjiang festival tourism development as well as the existing problems at the present stage. The present situation of Xinjiang festival tourism is analyzed. Secondly, starting with the demand and supply of festival market, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of Xinjiang festival tourism market, and objectively expounds the necessity of the integration of festival tourism resources in Xinjiang at the present stage. On this basis, combined with previous research results, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to construct the evaluation index system which affects the development of festival tourism in Xinjiang. Through the established evaluation system, the key factors affecting the development of festival tourism in Xinjiang are found out. Finally, taking the key factors as the starting point, this paper analyzes and discusses the integration of festival tourism resources in Xinjiang from the aspects of the integration of festival tourism products, markets, transportation and management, and puts forward the relevant strategies of integration. The research in this paper plays a guiding role in the development of festival tourism in Xinjiang, and has important theoretical and practical significance. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the weight proportion of festival tourism resources and infrastructure construction in Xinjiang festival tourism development is first and second respectively, which is an important factor affecting the development of festival tourism in Xinjiang. (2) through the analysis of the factor weight in the evaluation index system of Xinjiang festival tourism, it is concluded that the integration of Xinjiang festival tourism resources should start from four aspects: festival tourism products, market, traffic and management.
