潍坊市观光农业发展模式研究

【摘要】：生态观光农业发展，可以推动农业对观光业的服务配套功能，增加农民收入，保障农民权益，推动农村经济又好又快发展，促进传统农业向适应品质观光发展的服务型农业转型，使农业与观光业协调共同发展，促进农民增收。在这种大的背景下，为进一步丰富潍坊观光产业内涵，，活跃地区观光市场内容，提升观光产品附加值和市场竞争力，发展生态观光农业是必由之路。潍坊生态观光农业发展，有助于实现观光主导产品与辅助产品的相辅相成，实现保护生态环境与挖掘生态价值的良性统一。本文的研究目标是通过探讨潍坊市观光农业的发展情况以及开发模式，在解决潍坊市现代观光农业的发展问题的过程中为观光农业的发展、建设社会主义新农村提供理论支持与借鉴。研究主要包括以下四个方面：首先通过文献整理的方法，研究国内外观光农业的发展情况，以及观光农业的特征、类型等相关内容。其次在文献整理的基础上分析潍坊市现代观光农业的现状：农业发展形态基本处于传统农业阶段、观光农业框架体系开始得到初步建立、生态观光农业产业发展模式有所创新、农业发展阶段与观光业发展要求错位、农副产品产业化程度和科技水平较低。再次通过SWOT分析方法，结合潍坊市观光农业的实际情况，从宏观角度分析潍坊市观光农业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等。通过调查问卷的方法，从微观角度分析探讨潍坊市观光农业客源的影响因素，包括受访者的基本情况、观光的行为特征、观光意愿分析以及选择休闲观光农业的意愿等。最后在结合潍坊市观光农业客源的影响因素的基础上，提出了潍坊市观光农业发展的对策及建议，包括以观光服务型农业为基础模式，建立农业的品质化生产体系；以初级加工型农产品为特色模式，打造观光型农副产品加工体系；以娱乐休闲服务为辅助模式，发展体验交互式的观光农业体系。
[Abstract]:The development of eco-tourism agriculture can promote the supporting functions of agriculture to the tourism industry, increase the income of farmers, safeguard the rights and interests of farmers, and promote the good and rapid development of rural economy. To promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to service-oriented agriculture adapted to the development of quality tourism, to coordinate the development of agriculture and tourism, and to promote the increase of farmers' income. Under this background, in order to further enrich the connotation of Weifang tourism industry, activate regional tourism market content, enhance the added value of sightseeing products and market competitiveness, the development of eco-tourism agriculture is the only way. The development of Weifang eco-tourism agriculture is helpful to realize the supplement of tourism leading products and auxiliary products, and to realize the benign unity of protecting ecological environment and excavating ecological value. The research goal of this paper is to discuss the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang, and to solve the problem of the development of modern tourism agriculture in Weifang City, in the process of solving the development of modern tourism agriculture in Weifang City, the development of sightseeing agriculture is the development of tourism agriculture. Building a new socialist countryside provides theoretical support and reference. The research mainly includes the following four aspects: firstly, the development of sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad, the characteristics and types of sightseeing agriculture are studied by means of literature collation. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of modern tourism agriculture in Weifang on the basis of literature arrangement: the development form of agriculture is basically in the traditional agriculture stage, the frame system of tourism agriculture has been initially established, and the development mode of ecological tourism agriculture industry has been innovated. The agricultural development stage is out of place with the tourism industry, and the industrialization degree and the level of science and technology of agricultural and sideline products are relatively low. Again through the SWOT analysis method, combined with the actual situation of Weifang sightseeing agriculture, from the macro point of view of Weifang sightseeing agriculture development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats and so on. Through the method of questionnaire, this paper analyzes and discusses the influencing factors of tourist sources of sightseeing agriculture in Weifang city from the microcosmic angle, including the basic situation of the interviewees, the behavior characteristics of sightseeing, the analysis of sightseeing intention and the willingness to choose leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and so on. Finally, on the basis of the factors that influence the tourist source of tourism agriculture in Weifang City, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang City, including establishing the quality production system of agriculture based on tourism service agriculture. Based on the characteristic mode of primary processing agricultural products, the tourism agricultural by-product processing system is built, and the interactive sightseeing agricultural system is developed with entertainment and leisure service as auxiliary mode.
