广东省海洋渔业低碳发展研究

【摘要】：由于二氧化碳等温室气体的排放,导致全球气候的上升从而引起的温室效应,这已成为全球共同面对的严峻挑战。低碳经济作为全球经济发展的总体趋势,是一个以低污染、低能耗、低排放为特征的经济模式。在自然资源日益减少的情况下,海洋低碳渔业的发展必然会成为海洋经济发展的主流,各国开始在低碳渔业、海洋经济和碳汇功能等方面进行了大量的研究调研和实践探索。研究的结果对海洋资源可持续发展、维护海洋的生态平衡以及促进人与自然发展具有重要的意义,同时为低碳经济的发展作出重要指导作用。广东是我国的海洋渔业大省,具有广阔的海域,更应该积极去发展海洋养殖业为主的低碳化发展道路。同时在我国山东、山西等地区开始尝试走适合自己的低碳化发展道路,从总体情况来说,广东省的海洋渔业的低碳化发展存在着众多问题,主要表现为海洋科技不高,地区之间的协调度不够等等。本文通过分析广东省的海洋渔业发展的现状,分别从海洋捕捞、海水养殖、海产品加工这三个渔业生产活动来对广东海洋渔业的总体情况进行分析。并分析了发展广东低碳渔业的制约因素及成因分析,在这个基础上提出广东省发展海洋低碳的有利条件和发展路径,针对广东省渔业发展情况将海洋渔业的低碳发展路径分为三个方面。如海洋食物链的间接增汇功能、海洋生物的直接碳汇功能、利用低碳技术对渔业活动进行改造。通过做好这三个方面的准备工作,有利于广东省更好的发展低碳渔业工作,加快由高碳渔业转化成低碳渔业的进度,同时更好的推动我国其他省份沿海区域的低碳渔业发展。
[Abstract]:As a result of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, resulting in the rise of global climate, which has become a global common challenge. Low carbon economy as the overall trend of global economic development. It is an economic model characterized by low pollution, low energy consumption and low emission. With the decrease of natural resources, the development of marine low-carbon fisheries will inevitably become the mainstream of marine economic development. Many countries have carried out a great deal of research and practice in low-carbon fishery, marine economy and carbon sink function, etc. The results of the research can be applied to the sustainable development of marine resources. It is of great significance to maintain the ecological balance of the ocean and to promote the development of man and nature. Guangdong is a large province of marine fishery in China and has a wide sea area as well as an important guiding role for the development of low-carbon economy. At the same time, in our country, Shandong, Shanxi and other regions began to try to take the path of low-carbon development suitable for their own, from the overall situation. There are many problems in the development of low carbonization of marine fishery in Guangdong Province, which mainly show that the marine science and technology is not high, the coordination degree between regions is not enough and so on. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of marine fishery in Guangdong Province. From the marine fishing, mariculture and seafood processing, this paper analyzes the overall situation of Guangdong marine fisheries, and analyzes the constraints and causes of the development of low-carbon fisheries in Guangdong. On this basis, this paper puts forward the favorable conditions and development path of developing marine low-carbon in Guangdong Province. According to the development of fisheries in Guangdong Province, the low-carbon development path of marine fisheries can be divided into three aspects, such as the indirect sink increasing function of marine food chain and the direct carbon sink function of marine life. Through the preparation of these three aspects, it is helpful for Guangdong Province to better develop low-carbon fisheries and accelerate the process from high-carbon fisheries to low-carbon fisheries. At the same time, promote the development of low-carbon fisheries in coastal areas of other provinces in China.
