黑龙江垦区有机粮食物流协同系统模型构建及应用

【摘要】：随着经济社会的快速发展,粮食安全备受人们的关注。随着人们生活品质的提升,有机粮食受到人们的青睐。我国是人口大国,有机粮食的需求正在逐年增长。黑龙江垦区是我国的有机粮食主产区之一,且生产的有机粮食品种多、质量优。垦区的有机粮食市场遍布全国各地,但黑龙江垦区有机粮食物流比较落后,粮食物流系统还不完善,运营成本高,尤其是有机粮食的运输要求高,更增加了物流运作的难度和成本,为保障有机粮食物流低成本高效运作,需要构建垦区有机粮食物流协同系统,降低有机粮食流通成本。所以构建黑龙江垦区有机粮食物流协同系统是非常必要的。本文通过对国内外文献的分析,首先,通过文献研究可知,对有机粮食物流系统进行研究在理论上可行,为此,采用问卷调查的方法对黑龙江垦区种植有机粮食的农场进行调查。了解黑龙江垦区有机粮食生产和流通环节物流运作现状,并分析物流系统存在的主要问题,探究垦区有机粮食物流系统协同的必要性和可行性;其次,在调研基础上,依据黑龙江垦区有机粮食物流系统在生产和流通环节中的运作要求,分析有机粮食物流系统的业务流程、结构、协同要素分析和协同过程分析的基础上,构建有机粮食物流协同系统模型;再次,选择垦区肇源农场为例,对有机粮食物流协同系统模型进行应用研究;最后,通过对有机粮食物流协同系统模型推广前景、推广范围和推广措施方法在黑龙江垦区进行推广应用研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, food security has attracted people's attention. With the improvement of people's quality of life, organic food is favored by people. The demand for organic grain is increasing year by year. Heilongjiang Reclamation area is one of the main organic grain producing areas in China. However, the logistics of organic grain in Heilongjiang Reclamation area is relatively backward, the grain logistics system is not perfect, the operating cost is high, especially the transportation requirements of organic grain are high, which increases the difficulty and cost of logistics operation. In order to ensure the low cost and high efficiency operation of organic grain logistics, it is necessary to construct organic grain logistics cooperative system in reclamation area. Therefore, it is very necessary to build a cooperative system of organic grain logistics in Heilongjiang Reclamation area. Firstly, through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, we can know through the literature research. The research of organic grain logistics system is feasible in theory. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the organic grain farms in Heilongjiang Reclamation area, to understand the current situation of the logistics operation of organic grain production and circulation in Heilongjiang Reclamation area, and to analyze the main problems in the logistics system. Explore the necessity and feasibility of coordination of organic grain logistics system in reclamation area; Secondly, on the basis of investigation, according to the operation requirements of organic grain logistics system in production and circulation in Heilongjiang Reclamation area, this paper analyzes the business process and structure of organic grain logistics system. On the basis of collaborative factor analysis and collaborative process analysis, the cooperative system model of organic grain logistics is constructed. Thirdly, select Zhaoyuan farm in reclamation area as an example to study the application of organic grain logistics cooperative system model. Finally, the application of organic grain logistics cooperative system model in Heilongjiang Reclamation area is studied.
