智慧农村:新时期中国农村发展的重要战略选择

【摘要】：在全面建成小康社会的战略目标下,解决三农问题和农村发展是其中的核心,信息时代下需要创新发展模式,而脱胎并发展于智慧城市的智慧农村是新时代下的重要战略选择。智慧农村对于现阶段全面建成小康社会具有重大的现实意义,可以有效地促进农村开放社区的建设、农民收入的提高、农业的新型产业化、农村精神文明建设、城乡一体化并推动农村改革。借鉴国外发达国家和地区的经验,需要创新智慧农村的发展路径,以科学规划和多方试点为基础,不断加大农村基础设施投入,推动农民参与智慧农村建设过程中,发挥市场的主导作用,分步有序实施,将其融入到农村改革过程中,实现中国智慧农村的又好又快发展,支持和促进中国全面建成小康社会目标的实现。
