【摘要】：畜牧业是促进我国农业发展及农村经济发展的支柱性产业,它的不断发展给予国家粮食安全和农民收入强有力的保障。这对促进国民经济的协调发展有着十分重要的推进作用。当前,我国农业已经迈入了一个新的发展时代,大力支持农业产业结构调整,提升农民收入水平是未来农业发展的重中之重。在这样的大背景之下,我们必须坚定不移的发展畜牧业,促进我国经济发展。与此同时,我国的养猪生产正面临着自身生产力水平较低、环保问题日渐突出、国外猪肉大量进口等方面的竞争与劣势,这些也是促进养猪行业转型发展的动力。养猪业是中国农业中的重要产业,在世界养猪业生产中有着举足轻重的地位。养猪业的健康发展和猪肉的稳定供应对于农业经济和国计民生均有着重要意义。2015年我国母猪存栏5000万头,年生猪出栏70825万头,生猪出栏率高达152%。2015年末,全国生猪存栏45113万头。中国生猪产业的发展已经不是盲目地扩大规模,而是步入一个综合考虑平衡发展的新纪元。引进健康的种猪十分关键,只有种好,后续才会有更优良的发展,所以,育种环节,它是生猪产业链的首要环节,它的发展对养猪业客观重要,同时对畜牧业来说也是非常重要的一个环节。本文主要采用阅读文献、查阅资料的方法,以及到沈阳博睿科研种猪场进行实地考察,了解到猪场的相关信息。首先,对猪场基本情况的简介,猪场发展定位的分析以及对博睿种猪场经营效益情况进行剖析。其次,从四个方面分析猪场经营效益的影响因素:引种育种的质量差异、饲料配比的成本、猪舍环境与内部设施的完善程度、生物安全与防疫制度的健全程度。在这一部分,主要分析博睿种猪场的做法是如何影响到猪场的经营效益。再次,介绍国外种猪业典型的案例,本文以丹麦种猪业发展为鉴,通过归纳的形式总结其发展优势。最后一部分,分析博睿猪场的养猪模式,推广好的做法和经验,另一方面,猪场做的不到位的地方,在与国外先进模式的对比下,提出规避或解决的办法。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is a pillar industry to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy in China. Its continuous development provides a strong guarantee for national food security and farmers' income.This to promote the coordinated development of the national economy has a very important role in promoting.At present, China's agriculture has entered a new era of development. It is the most important of the future agricultural development to support the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and raise the level of farmers' income.Under this background, we must unswervingly develop animal husbandry and promote our economic development.At the same time, China's pig production is facing a low level of productivity, environmental protection problems increasingly prominent, foreign pork imports and other aspects of competition and inferiority, these are also to promote the transformation and development of pig industry.Pig industry is an important industry in Chinese agriculture and plays an important role in the world pig industry.The healthy development of pig industry and the stable supply of pork are of great significance to the agricultural economy and the national economy and people's livelihood. In 2015, 50 million sows were stored in China, 708.25 million pigs per year, and 451.13 million pigs in the whole country by the end of 152.2015.The development of Chinese pig industry has entered a new era of comprehensive consideration and balanced development instead of blindly expanding its scale.The introduction of healthy breeding pigs is very critical, and only if they are planted well will there be better development in the future. Therefore, breeding links, it is the primary link in the pig industry chain, and its development is objectively important to the pig industry.At the same time, animal husbandry is also a very important link.This article mainly adopts the method of reading the literature, consulting the data, and making a field inspection to Shenyang Beolui scientific research and breeding farm, to find out the relevant information of the pig farm.Firstly, the brief introduction of pig farm, the analysis of the development orientation of pig farm and the analysis of the management benefit of Borroy breeding pig farm.Secondly, the factors influencing the management benefit of pig farm were analyzed from four aspects: the quality difference of introduction and breeding, the cost of feed proportion, the perfect degree of environment and internal facilities of pig house, the degree of biosafety and the perfection of epidemic prevention system.In this part, the article mainly analyzes how to affect the operation efficiency of pig farm.Thirdly, this paper introduces the typical cases of pig breeding in foreign countries, and summarizes the advantages of Danish pig breeding industry by summing up the development of Danish pig industry in the form of induction.In the last part, the author analyzes the pig raising mode, popularizes the good practice and experience, on the other hand, puts forward the way to avoid or solve the pig farm which is not in place in the contrast with the foreign advanced mode.
