农村阶层分化和土地流转关系研究

【摘要】：传统的“实体论”的阶层研究范式偏重于宏观的社会阶层结构的静态描述与分析,进入新千年,随着我国经济社会结构的急剧变迁,阶层分化及阶层间的矛盾冲突加剧,既有的实体论的阶层研究很难再适应新的现实,相关学者发出“回到马克思”的呼声,主张从阶层关系的视角研究我国的阶层分化问题,阶层研究经历着从“实体论”向“关系论”的范式转换。然而,农村的“熟人社会”关系网络中的阶层分化及其阶层关系运作机制,是不同于城市社会阶层的,农村阶层关系的运作是深深嵌入在阶层结构之中的,这就意味着“关系论”的农村阶层研究并不只是局限于动态的主体“行动”的分析,而是要在农村的阶层结构中展开阶层关系的机制研究。本研究以马克思主义阶级阶层理论的基本原理为出发点,在农村实地调研的基础上,提出“嵌入式阶层关系”,并着重从农村微观的阶层关系的视角去分析我国农村阶层分化与土地流转的相互关系。本文的中心论题是,土地流转是嵌入在农村的阶层关系结构之中的,不同阶层位置上人们的土地流转行为逻辑是有差异的,不同的“阶层组合”模式对土地流转实践的影响是不同的,同时土地流转也重塑了农村的阶层结构与阶层关系。土地流转与农村阶层分化的加速进行,也为我们提出了农村社会治理的议题,自发的土地流转所重构出来的“中农阶层”在阶层结构中有着特殊而重要的位置,是农村社会治理的中坚力量,只从农业及经济效率的角度而进行的大规模的土地流转实践却消解了广大的中农阶层,破坏了农村的社会生态,值得警惕。马克思主义的阶级阶层理论启示我们,把阶层分化的视角纳入土地流转的研究之中,土地流转不仅是经济问题,同时也是社会问题,谨防阶层分化及矛盾冲突加剧。
[Abstract]:The traditional "entity theory" of stratum research paradigm focuses on the static description and analysis of macro social stratum structure, and enters the new millennium. With the rapid changes of economic and social structure in our country, the stratum differentiation and the contradictions and conflicts between strata are intensified.It is very difficult to adapt to the new reality in the stratum research of the existing entity theory. The relevant scholars have issued the voice of "returning to Marx" and advocated to study the stratification problem of our country from the angle of stratum relation.Stratum study has experienced a paradigm shift from entity theory to relation theory.However, the social stratum differentiation and its operation mechanism in the rural "acquaintance society" relationship network are different from the urban social stratum, and the operation of the rural stratum relationship is deeply embedded in the stratum structure.This means that the study of "relationship theory" in rural stratum is not confined to the analysis of dynamic subject "action", but the mechanism study of stratum relationship should be carried out in the structure of rural stratum.Based on the basic principles of the Marxist theory of class and stratum, and on the basis of the field investigation in rural areas, this study puts forward the "embedded stratum relationship".It also analyzes the relationship between rural stratum differentiation and land circulation from the perspective of rural micro stratum relationship.The central topic of this paper is that land circulation is embedded in the structure of stratum relations in rural areas, and the logic of people's land transfer behavior is different in different stratum positions.The influence of different "stratum combination" mode on land circulation practice is different, at the same time, land transfer also reshapes the stratum structure and stratum relationship in rural areas.The acceleration of land transfer and rural stratum differentiation also brings forward the issue of rural social governance. The "middle peasant stratum" reconstructed by spontaneous land transfer has a special and important position in the social stratum structure.It is the backbone of rural social governance. The practice of large-scale land circulation from the angle of agriculture and economic efficiency has eliminated the broad middle peasant stratum and destroyed the social ecology of the countryside, which is worthy of vigilance.Marxist theory of class and stratum enlightens us to bring the angle of stratum differentiation into the study of land circulation. Land circulation is not only an economic problem but also a social problem.
