漳州市休闲农业企业竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：漳州市休闲农业企业要在激烈的竞争中谋求更好发展,如何挖掘企业核心资源以实现竞争力是值得重视的现实问题。本文以资源基础理论为指导,构建休闲农业企业竞争力综合评价指标体系,并评估漳州市休闲农业企业竞争力。本文的主要研究内容和结论如下：首先,构建综合评价指标体系。该休闲农业企业竞争力综合评价指标体系分为A层、B层和C层等三个等级层次,其中,A层为休闲农业竞争力,B层为有形资产、无形资产、个人能力和组织能力等四个维度影响因素,C层为对应于B层各维度因素的16个评价指标。其次,运用AHP群决策确定指标权重。本文以多位决策专家给出的互反判断矩阵为依据,利用AHP群决策方法确定B层指标权重和C层指标权重。决策专家们在总体上认为,能力比资产更为重要,可以从业务流程、组织激励和合作机制等方面提升组织能力,从业务推广和专业管理等角度增强个人能力,从服务质量和营销渠道等方面打造无形资产,从自然景观和地理位置方面建构有形资产。再次,综合评价漳州市休闲农业企业竞争力。本文根据45家企业的调查数据,利用线性综合评价模型综合评价漳州市休闲农业企业竞争力。实证结果认为漳州市休闲农业企业总体竞争力较为一般,主要原因在于漳州市休闲农业企业的发展更依赖于资产的积累而非能力的提升。最后,针对漳州市休闲农业企业竞争力的优势与劣势提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:The leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou should seek better development in the fierce competition. How to excavate the core resources of the enterprises in order to realize the competitiveness is a practical problem worth paying attention to. Under the guidance of resource-based theory, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises, and evaluates the competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou City. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises can be divided into three levels: layer A, layer B and layer C, in which layer A is composed of tangible assets and intangible assets. The four influencing factors of individual ability and organizational ability are 16 evaluation indexes corresponding to each dimension of B level. Secondly, the index weight is determined by AHP group decision making. In this paper, based on the reciprocal judgment matrix given by multi-bit decision experts, we use AHP group decision making method to determine the weight of index in layer B and level C. In general, decision experts believe that competence is more important than assets, that it can enhance organizational capabilities in terms of business processes, organizational incentives and cooperation mechanisms, and enhance individual capabilities in terms of business promotion and professional management. Build intangible assets from service quality and marketing channels, and construct tangible assets from natural landscape and geographical location. Third, comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou City. Based on the survey data of 45 enterprises, the competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou was evaluated by linear comprehensive evaluation model. The empirical results show that the overall competitiveness of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou is relatively general, which is mainly due to the fact that the development of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou depends more on the accumulation of assets than on the enhancement of capability. Finally, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the competitive advantage and disadvantage of leisure agricultural enterprises in Zhangzhou City.
