小区域林地碳汇价值评价

【摘要】:森林是陆地生态系统的主体,人们对森林传统的生态功能认识普及,而对森林的碳汇功能认识不足。云南省森林面积和活立木蓄积量分居全国第三位、第二位,具有丰富的森林碳汇资源。自2008年云南省实施林权改革以来,林地面积小、产权分散的特征凸显,云南省于2008年在12个县优先实施了森林碳汇项目,尝试通过碳汇交易大力发展绿色经济。本文选取鉴于此,本文选取地处滇南的澜沧县东回乡利百妥组小区域林地为研究对象,通过实地调研和测量,运用换算因子连续函数法,建立小区域林地碳汇量预测估算模型,对小区域林地的碳汇价值进行评价,并结合当地农户林业经济收入,探讨其小区域林地碳汇价值对农户收入的影响,该项研究对小区域林地碳汇价值的估算具有示范效应,对云南省实施的森林碳汇项目具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。主要研究内容及成果如下:1、建立小区域森林林地碳汇量估算方法,对两种林地的换算因子与蓄积量的关系进行数学公式证明,证明了优化后的换算因子与蓄积量的函数关系对小区域林地生物量的估计结果更好。2、选取云南省澜沧县东回乡利百妥组村的林地为研究对象,通过实地调研和实地测量,掌握了小区域林地的基础数据,运用换算因子连续函数法,对小区域林地的碳汇价值进行定量评估,利百妥组目前的林地碳汇量为38721.59吨;若对现有林地进行为期20年的合理利用后,建立小区域林地碳汇量预测估算模型。3、对利百妥组村小区域林地碳汇量进行测算,将分三种情况对其碳汇量预测进行比较分析,合理情况下碳汇量提升为53358.35吨。对其价值估算表明,进行碳汇交易后,农户人均林业收入从原来的1167元提高到3066元,碳汇交易是农户保护林地森林资源和创收的重要途径。
[Abstract]:Forest is the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem, people know the traditional ecological function of the forest, and have insufficient understanding of the carbon sequestration function of the forest. The forest area and the storage volume of living standing trees in Yunnan are divided into third, second, rich forest carbon sequestration resources. Since the implementation of the reform of the forest rights in Yunnan Province in 2008, the forest land area is small and produced. The characteristics of decentralization are highlighted. In 2008, Yunnan province gave priority to the implementation of forest carbon sequestration projects in 12 counties, trying to develop green economy through carbon sequestration. In this paper, this article selects the land of the Li Bai group in the east of Lancang County, southern Yunnan, as the research object, and through field investigation and measurement, the conversion factor is used. On the basis of the continuous function method, the prediction model of carbon sequestration of the district woodland is established, the carbon sequestration value of the district woodland is evaluated, and the influence of the carbon sequestration value of the local forest land on the income of the farmers is discussed in combination with the local farmers' forestry economic income. This study has a demonstration effect on the estimation of the value of the carbon sequestration of the forestland in the residential area, and it is implemented in Yunnan province. The forest carbon sequestration project has important theoretical and practical significance. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: 1, to establish a method for estimating the carbon sequestration of the forest land in the residential area, and to prove the relationship between the conversion factors and the accumulations of the two kinds of woodlands, and prove the relation between the function of the optimized conversion factor and the accumulative quantity after the optimization. The estimation results of woodland biomass are better.2, the forest land of Li Bai Du Village, east of Lancang County, Yunnan Province, is selected as the research object. Through field survey and field survey, the basic data of the forest land in the residential area are mastered. The value of carbon sequestration of the forestland is evaluated quantitatively by the conversion factor continuous function method, and the present forest land of the Li Bai group is made. The carbon sink amount is 38721.59 tons, and if the existing forest land is used for 20 years, the prediction model.3 of the carbon sequestration of the district woodland is established, and the carbon sequestration of the forestland in the village area of the Li Bai group is calculated and compared. The carbon sink of the forestland will be compared and analyzed in three cases. The carbon sink of the forestland will be raised to 53358.35 tons under the circumstances. The value estimation shows that after the carbon exchange transaction, the per capita forestry income of farmers has increased from 1167 yuan to 3066 yuan, and carbon sequestration transaction is an important way for farmers to protect forest resources and income generation.
