【摘要】：近些年来,伴随着中国经济腾飞,各行各业进入产业化调整的关键阶段,农业行业的先行者们也抓住当前有利时机,培育和健全企业创新机制,将发展绿色农业,生态农业作为在新形势下农业产业化调整的新试点。生态农业实质上是农业生产和环境保护之间成立的平衡发展关系,必然是未来农业生产的重要表现形式。各级政府也开始关注生态农业发展,并且极大的给予了政策上的扶持和优惠,今后我国生态将沿着高产、优质、高效的发展方向继续前行,成为未来推动我国现代农业发展强有力的推动力。然而对于目前我国大多数生态农业践行者们来说,走生态农业的道路固然具有开阔的市场前景,是社会经济发展壮大之后必然会到来的趋势,但企业发展不能够依赖于望梅止渴,画饼充饥式的臆想,企业经营者们更应该切实的考虑当下的生存之道。在踏踏实实做好生产工作的基础上,探索出适合于自身发展的经营道路。本文立足于对我国生态农业发展现状和未来发展远景的研究,总结出我国现阶段生态农业发展中存在的问题以及制约生态农业企业发展的主要因素：生产成本过高、销售渠道不健全、以及农业企业普遍都会面临的困境——资金短缺。本文所引用的企业案例XXX生态养殖园,其性质是一家私营的小型生态农业企业,他们在生产经营过程中所遭遇的困难也正是我国广大中小型生产制造型企业正在面临的困境。在本文中笔者主要针对资金受约束情况下,中小型生态农业企业如何实现盈利、以及如何采取多种渠道突破重围立足市场的问题进行探讨。借鉴了在国内拥有世界领先生产技术、管理技术和成功销售案例的生态农业企业——北京德青源农业科技有限公司的现实经验,总结了大量农业生产企业发展经营中的失败教训和成功经验,为那些深受资金困扰的私营的小型生态农场的发展创造可借鉴的模式,对于他们致力于生态保护和社会经济协调发展提供了的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, various industries have entered the critical stage of industrialization adjustment. The pioneers of the agricultural industry have also seized the current favorable opportunity to foster and improve the enterprise innovation mechanism and will develop green agriculture. Ecological agriculture as a new pilot of agricultural industrialization adjustment in the new situation. In essence, ecological agriculture is a balanced development relationship between agricultural production and environmental protection, which is bound to be an important manifestation of agricultural production in the future. Governments at all levels have also begun to pay attention to the development of ecological agriculture, and have greatly given policy support and preferential treatment. In the future, China's ecology will continue to move forward in the direction of high yield, high quality, and high efficiency. To become a powerful driving force to promote the development of modern agriculture in China in the future. However, for the majority of the practitioners of ecological agriculture in our country at present, the road of ecological agriculture has a broad market prospect, and it is a trend that will inevitably come after the development of social economy. However, the development of enterprises can not rely on wangmei to quench their thirst. On the basis of doing the production work well, we explore the management road suitable for our own development. Based on the study of the present situation and future development prospect of ecological agriculture in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the development of ecological agriculture in China and the main factors restricting the development of eco-agricultural enterprises: the high production cost. Marketing channels are not perfect, and agribusiness will generally face a dilemma-capital shortage. The enterprise case of XXX ecological farming garden cited in this paper is a private small-scale ecological agricultural enterprise. The difficulties they encounter in the process of production and management are also the difficulties faced by the vast number of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China. In this paper, the author mainly discusses how small and medium-sized eco-agricultural enterprises can achieve profit under the condition of capital constraint, and how to take various channels to break through the tight market and base on the market. Drawing lessons from the practical experience of Beijing Deqingyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., an ecological agricultural enterprise with world leading production technology, management technology and successful sales cases in China, Summing up the failure lessons and successful experiences in the development and operation of a large number of agricultural production enterprises, and creating a model for the development of small private ecological farms which are deeply troubled by funds, It provides theoretical value and practical significance for their commitment to ecological protection and the coordinated development of social economy.
