新型农民专业合作社的融资研究

【摘要】：农民专业合作社是为了解决农户小生产和大市场间的矛盾,从而减少农民参与市场竞争风险与不确定性以提高交易效率而出现的组织。我国农民专业合作社在快速发展的过程中,普遍面临资金短缺和融资难问题,严重影响并制约了农民专业合作社经济效用的发挥。基于此,本文根据资产负债表对合作社融资来源的划分,即从权益融资和负债融资的角度展开对我国农民专业合作社融资问题的研究,这在一定程度上为有关我国合作社融资方面理论提供有益补充。同时,为农民专业合作社解决融资难以及政府部门制定相关解决合作社融资难题等政策提供参考依据。本文根据现代企业融资理论、农民合作产权理论、新古典经济学合作社相关理论,综述了国内外融资理论及研究动态,界定了农民专业合作社融资概念内涵和外延,统计分析了合作社融资现状,从中得出资金短缺是融资突出困难;进而研究了融资困境成因;为了解决这一难题,本文借鉴了国内成功的融资经验并且深入分析我国合作社的融资结构特征及问题,从而得到了解决问题的重要线索。据此,进而围绕权益融资和负债融资展开提出解决融资问题的方案。本文使用规范分析方法进行文献综述和理论基础解析,使用问卷调查法收集研究数据并定量分析了农民专业合作社融资的现状和成因,使用资产负债表分析我国农民专业合作社融资结构,使用规范分析与实证分析相结合方法分析了权益融资与产权安排的关系,使用典型案例分析通过产权变革提高权益融资能力,使用二元logistic回归模型分析获得正规金融支持的影响因素,使用紫荆山合作社的典型案例分析非正规金融的运用。最后得出两个主要结论:第一,产权安排积极的调整和发挥大户产权融资有利于解决权益融资困境。第二,负债融资的正规金融融资主要受到合作社的资产规模、信用情况、银社关系以及理事长情况的影响;内部成员竞价借贷是非正规金融融资中解决融资困境的主要方法。
[Abstract]:The farmer specialized cooperative is an organization which is in order to solve the contradiction between small production and large market and reduce the risk and uncertainty of farmers to participate in market competition so as to improve the transaction efficiency. In the process of rapid development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in our country, they are generally faced with the problems of shortage of funds and difficulty in financing, which seriously affect and restrict the economic utility of farmers' specialized cooperatives. Based on this, according to the balance sheet division of cooperative financing sources, that is, from the perspective of equity financing and debt financing, this paper studies the financing problems of farmers' specialized cooperatives in China. To a certain extent, this provides a useful supplement for the theory of cooperative financing in China. At the same time, it provides reference basis for farmers' specialized cooperatives to solve financing difficulties and government departments to make relevant policies to solve cooperative financing problems. Based on modern enterprise financing theory, farmer cooperative property right theory and neoclassical economics cooperative theory, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign financing theory and research trends, defines the connotation and extension of the concept of farmers' professional cooperative financing. This paper analyzes the current situation of cooperative financing, concludes that the shortage of funds is the outstanding difficulty of financing, and then studies the causes of the financing dilemma; in order to solve this problem, This paper draws lessons from the domestic successful financing experience and deeply analyzes the characteristics and problems of the financing structure of the cooperatives in our country, thus getting an important clue to solve the problems. Based on this, the paper puts forward a solution to the financing problem around equity financing and debt financing. In this paper, the normative analysis method is used for literature review and theoretical basis analysis, and the questionnaire method is used to collect research data and quantitatively analyze the current situation and causes of farmers' professional cooperative financing. The relationship between equity financing and property rights arrangement is analyzed by using balance sheet analysis, the financing structure of farmers' professional cooperatives in China, and the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis. Using the typical case study to improve the equity financing ability through property right reform, using the dual logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of obtaining formal financial support, and using the typical case of Zijingshan cooperative to analyze the use of informal finance. Finally, two main conclusions are drawn: first, positive adjustment of property right arrangement and exertion of property right financing of large households are helpful to solve the dilemma of equity financing. Second, the formal financial financing of debt financing is mainly influenced by the cooperative's asset size, credit situation, bank-society relationship and director's situation, and the internal member's bidding loan is the main method to solve the financing dilemma in the informal financial financing.
