牧场场长胜任素质模型构建实证研究——基于河北省的调查数据

【摘要】：随着经济和技术的发展,河北省牧场正在向集约化、信息化、规模化、机械化、规范化发展,而牧场场长作为一场之主,在牧场的转型中起着关键作用。笔者就以胜任素质模型为切入点,运用关键事件访谈法、问卷调查法和因子分析法对河北省牧场场长胜任素质进行研究,构建牧场场长的胜任素质模型,旨在全面开发牧场场长的潜能,带领牧场在转型中生存、发展、壮大。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, pastures in Hebei Province are developing to intensive, information-based, large-scale, mechanized and standardized. Based on the competency model, the author studied the competency of the pastures in Hebei Province by using the key event interview, questionnaire and factor analysis, and constructed the competency model of the pastures. The aim is to fully develop the potential of the rangelands and lead the pasture to survive, develop and grow in the transition.
