山东省家庭农场发展分析

【摘要】：家庭农场是现代农业生产的重要组成形式,它保留了以家庭经营为内核的农业生产特点,是符合现代社会发展要求,适应现代农业生产实际,契合当代农业生产方式的的生产经营模式。近几年,家庭农场在山东省得到了积极的发展,齐鲁各地都掀起了发展家庭农场、探索建设新型农业生产经营模式的热潮。山东省的家庭农场发展无论从农场数量、从业人员数量还是影响力上都已成为新型农业经营主体的主要力量,是农业适度规模经营的引领者,是发展现代农业的火车头,是农民增收的助推器。但山东省家庭农场发展仍然处于初期阶段,难免存在诸如认识不足、管理不规范、经营水平低、创新能力缺乏、品牌意识弱等各类问题,制约了家庭农场更好、更快、更健康的发展。因此准确认识山东省家庭农场的发展实际,探索如何充分发挥优势、清醒认识不足、积极改进缺陷是山东省家庭农场发展当前重要的课题。本文以山东省17地市的家庭农场统计资料为基础,通过实地走访结合问卷调查的方式对部分家庭农场主、农业从业人员及适龄农村劳动力进行了调研工作。通过对调查问卷的整理总结分析,获得了一定的有关山东省家庭农场发展的动机、效益、模式、风险、需求等资料。论文的前半部分是家庭农场的相关理论概述以及对国内外家庭农场发展的认识,借鉴其发展经验,充分认识到山东省发展家庭农场的必要性与可行性。论文的后半部分是结合国内外家庭农场发展的经验,根据调查掌握的山东省家庭农场基本情况、基本模式、存在的问题等资料,通过分析总结获得山东省家庭农场得以发展的基础、壮大的优势以及存在的诸多不足。根据研究结果,本文最后从制度建设、主体建设、机制建设、模式创新等方面分别提出了相关政策建议,并提出了家庭农场PPP模式发展理论。
[Abstract]:Family farm is an important form of modern agricultural production. It retains the characteristics of agricultural production with family management as its core. It conforms to the requirements of the development of modern society and adapts to the reality of modern agricultural production. In line with the contemporary agricultural production mode of production and management. In recent years, family farms in Shandong Province have been actively developed, Qilu has set off the development of family farms, explore the construction of a new mode of agricultural production and management of the upsurge. The development of family farms in Shandong Province has become the main force of the new type of agricultural management in terms of the number of farms, the number of employees and the influence. It is the leader of the moderate scale management of agriculture and the locomotive of the development of modern agriculture. It is a booster for increasing farmers' income. However, the development of family farms in Shandong Province is still in its initial stage, and it is inevitable that there are various problems, such as insufficient understanding, non-standard management, low management level, lack of innovation ability, weak brand awareness, and so on, which restrict the family farms to be better and faster. A healthier development. Therefore, it is an important task to understand the development reality of family farm in Shandong province accurately, to explore how to give full play to the advantages, to realize the deficiency and to improve the defect actively. Based on the statistical data of family farms in 17 cities of Shandong Province, this paper investigates some family farmers, agricultural employees and rural labor force of appropriate age by field visit and questionnaire survey. Through the summary and analysis of the questionnaire, some information about the motive, benefit, model, risk and demand of family farm development in Shandong Province are obtained. The first part of the paper is a summary of the related theories of family farms and the understanding of the development of family farms at home and abroad, drawing on its development experience, fully understand the necessity and feasibility of the development of family farms in Shandong Province. The second half of the paper is based on the domestic and foreign family farm development experience, according to the investigation of the basic situation of family farms in Shandong Province, basic patterns, existing problems and other information. Through the analysis and summary of Shandong family farm to develop the basis, the strength of the advantages and the existence of a number of shortcomings. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of institution construction, main body construction, mechanism construction and model innovation, and puts forward the development theory of family farm PPP model.
