赣南原中央苏区林农经营经济林收入影响因素分析

【摘要】：“三林”(林业、林农、林区)问题是林业经济发展的重要问题,解决好三林问题是促进林区经济增长的关键。林区经济的发展要靠经济林产业,经济林有生长周期短、投资成本低、经济效益见效快等特点,所以赣南原中央苏区发展经济林就成为了促进林农收入的重要突破口,经济林的发展情况直接影响当地林农的收入,也影响着当地林业经济的发展,还影响到对于林业资源的合理利用和可持续性发展。如何依靠特色经济林产业发展来促进赣南原中央苏区的振兴势在必行。本文以赣南原中央苏区林农为研究对象,以经济林收入增加为切入点,对影响林农经济林经营收入的影响因素进行深入研究和探讨。本文将以实地调研的方式获取相关数据,并选取了农户的个体特征、家庭特征、经济林禀赋、林业政策等指标,建立线性回归模型,研究各个变量对于赣南经济林经营收入的影响权重,得出:林农的文化程度、农户家庭长期从事林业人数、家庭的经济林支出比重、经济林面积、是否参加合作组织以及林业税费态度对于林农经营经济林收入都有正相关关系,随后,通过聚类分析,得出六项具有正向影响的因素又被分为三类,不同的知识构成和社会认知对税费政策的认知水平产生影响,文化程度和家庭长期从事林业人数对是否参加林业合作组织产生影响,经济林面积因素具有一定客观性自成一类。最后结合赣南经济林的具体情况,从加大经济林职业技能服务培训,培育发展新型职业林农、全面实现赣南原中央苏区各要素流动,合理配置经济林市场资源、完善林业合作社组织建设,增加林业合作社参与比率以及加速林权配套改革,提升集约经营水平四个方面提出符合当地今后发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The problem of "three forests" (forestry, forest agriculture, forest region) is an important problem in the development of forestry economy, and the key to promote the economic growth of forest region is to solve the problem of "three forests". The economic development of forest regions depends on the economic forest industry, which has the characteristics of short growth period, low investment cost and fast economic benefits. Therefore, the development of economic forests in the Central Soviet region of southern Jiangxi has become an important breakthrough in promoting the income of forest farmers. The development of economic forest directly affects the income of local forest farmers, the development of local forestry economy, and the rational utilization and sustainable development of forestry resources. How to rely on the characteristic economic forest industry development to promote the revitalization of Gannan central Soviet area is imperative. This paper takes foresters in the former Central Soviet region of Gannan as the research object, and takes the income increase of economic forest as the starting point to deeply study and discuss the influencing factors on the management income of economic forest. In this paper, the relevant data will be obtained by field investigation, and the individual characteristics, family characteristics, economic forest endowment, forestry policy and other indicators of farmers will be selected to establish a linear regression model. This paper studies the influence weight of each variable on the operating income of economic forest in southern Jiangxi, and draws the following conclusions: the education level of forest farmers, the number of farmers engaged in forestry for a long time, the proportion of economic forest expenditure of households, the area of economic forest, Whether join cooperative organization and forestry tax and fee attitude have positive correlation to economic forest income of forest agriculture, then, through cluster analysis, it is concluded that six factors with positive influence are divided into three categories. Different knowledge structure and social cognition have influence on the cognition level of tax and fee policy. The educational level and the number of family engaged in forestry for a long time have influence on the participation of forestry cooperative organization. The factors of economic forest area have certain objectivity. Finally, according to the concrete situation of Gannan economic forest, from increasing the vocational skill service training of economic forest, cultivating and developing new type of professional forest farmers, realizing the flow of all factors in the former central Soviet area of southern Jiangxi, and allocating the market resources of economic forest reasonably. Four aspects, such as perfecting the organization construction of forestry cooperatives, increasing the participation rate of forestry cooperatives, speeding up the reform of forest property right and enhancing the level of intensive management, put forward countermeasures and suggestions in line with the local development in the future.
