德芳农场战略性企业社会责任管理案例研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国企业由于缺乏社会责任意识造成破坏性结果的行为屡屡被爆出,在此背景下,如何提高现有企业社会责任的管理效率,全面提升企业的社会责任意识,具有重要的实践意义和理论意义。德芳农场投资做真正的有机农业,已经建立了高水准的有机农业战略规划并陆续开展相关项目,在项目实施过程中全面落实有机生产。有鉴于此,本文对德芳农场的战略性企业社会责任管理进行了深入的研究,在理论和实践相结合的基础上,通过文献研究法、调查研究法、案例分析法等研究方法,对具有代表性的战略性企业社会责任管理案例进行了全程跟踪和深入分析,在利益相关者管理和战略性企业社会责任理论的指导下,总结提炼出企业社会责任作为战略规划的融入条件、管理过程和决策关键点,以为战略性企业社会责任的实施提供依据。通过本文的研究,以德芳农场的战略性企业社会责任管理实践为研究对象,实现了对企业案例的深入分析,对企业社会责任管理体系和流程进行了全面梳理,并提出了相应的改进建议。总结德芳农场战略性企业社会责任管理的经验和教训,不仅补充了来自于实践验证的企业社会责任管理的体系和流程,在一定程度上丰富和完善了基于利益相关者的企业社会责任管理理论；深入剖析了战略性企业社会责任的特征,拓展了战略性企业社会责任的研究框架；而且对于国内其他践行企业社会责任的企业以及所有期待履行社会责任的企业,都具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, because of the lack of social responsibility awareness in our enterprises, the behavior of destructive results has been repeatedly explode. In this context, how to improve the management efficiency of the existing corporate social responsibility and improve the social responsibility consciousness of the enterprise has important practical and theoretical meaning. In view of this, this paper makes a thorough study of the strategic enterprise social responsibility management of De Fang farm, and on the basis of the combination of theory and practice, through the literature research method, investigation and research method, and the case of the high level organic agricultural strategy plan and carrying out the relevant projects in succession in the process of the project implementation. A typical strategic enterprise social responsibility management case is tracked and analyzed thoroughly. Under the guidance of stakeholder management and strategic enterprise social responsibility theory, the corporate social responsibility is summed up as the integration conditions of strategic planning, management process and decision-making key points. This paper provides the basis for the implementation of strategic corporate social responsibility. Through this study, taking the strategic enterprise social responsibility management practice of De Fang farm as the research object, we have carried out a thorough analysis of the enterprise case, thoroughly combed the enterprise social responsibility management system and process, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement, and summed up De Fang. The experience and lessons of the social responsibility management of the farm strategic enterprise not only supplement the system and process of the corporate social responsibility management from the practice, enrich and improve the theory of corporate social responsibility management based on the stakeholders, and deeply analyze the characteristics of the social responsibility of the strategic enterprise, and expand the war. The research framework of social responsibility for a brief enterprise has a certain reference and reference value for other enterprises in China to carry out corporate social responsibility and to all enterprises that expect to fulfill their social responsibilities.
