农业科技信息传播效果影响因素研究

【摘要】:“三农”问题是我国进一步发展必须解决的重大问题,这也是关系到党和国家的根本问题,为了从多方面解决这个问题,十八大报告指明了发展“农业现代化”的战略方向。科技是第一生产力,科技信息历来都是生产力发展和产业转型的助推器,因此农业科技信息对农业现代化的实现具有极其重要的意义。农业科技信息作用得以发挥的前提是形成有效的信息传播,而农业科技信息的传播受到诸多因素的影响,如何根据这诸多因素制定有效的信息传播策略是亟待解决的问题。本课题对国内外相关文献理论进行分析整理的基础上,以传播学、公共管理学、信息管理学、概率论等专业知识为理论基础,以问卷调查、数据分析为研究手段,分析了农业科技信息传播中起关键作用的四大组成要素:传播者、受传者、传播内容、传播媒介。依据调查结果论述了多个影响因素与传播效果之间的相关性,并制定了提高农业科技信息传播效果的相关对策,具体研究内容分为以下5个部分:首先,指出了本文的研究背景和意义,对国内外相关文献和理论进行了分析和整理,围绕研究目标制定了研究策略并选取了相关的研究方法。其次,对农业科技信息传播的内涵进行了界定,介绍了农业科技信息传播效果的评价方式,阐述了本文研究的基本理论基础,建立了信息交流理论,使用满足理论、公共物品理论、传播理论与农业科技信息传播的理论联系,为农业科技信息传播的影响要素的选取提供了理论支持。第三,选取并阐明了影响农业科技信息传播因素的四大要素(传播者、受传者、传播内容、传播媒介)及其主要特点,并依据理论基础分析了各要素对传播效果的影响机理。第四,通过设计问卷并调查了相关数据,根据统计结果分别分析了传播者与传播效果的相关性、受传者与传播效果的相关性、传播媒介与传播效果的相关性、传播信息与传播效果的相关性。最后,依据各要素与传播效果分析的结果,分别从传播者、受传者、传播内容、传播媒介的分析角度出发,提出了提高农业科技信息传播效果的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important problem that must be solved in the further development of our country, which is also the fundamental problem related to the Party and the country. In order to solve this problem from many aspects, the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC has pointed out the strategic direction of developing "agricultural modernization". Science and technology is the first productive force, and scientific and technological information has always been the booster of productivity development and industrial transformation. Therefore, agricultural science and technology information is of great significance to the realization of agricultural modernization. The premise of the function of agricultural science and technology information is to form effective information dissemination, and the spread of agricultural science and technology information is influenced by many factors. How to formulate effective information dissemination strategy based on these factors is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of the analysis and arrangement of the relevant literature theories at home and abroad, based on the professional knowledge of communication, public management, information management, probability theory and so on, the research means is questionnaire survey and data analysis. This paper analyzes the four key elements of agricultural science and technology information dissemination: communicator, receiver, communicator, communication content and media. Based on the results of the investigation, this paper discusses the correlation between the influence factors and the spreading effect, and formulates the relevant countermeasures to improve the effect of agricultural science and technology information dissemination. The specific research content is divided into the following five parts: first, This paper points out the research background and significance of this paper, analyzes and arranges the relevant literatures and theories at home and abroad, formulates the research strategy around the research goal and selects the relevant research methods. Secondly, the connotation of agricultural science and technology information dissemination is defined, the evaluation method of agricultural science and technology information communication effect is introduced, the basic theoretical basis of this paper is expounded, the information exchange theory is established, and the theory of application satisfaction is established. The theory of public goods, the theory of communication and the theory of agricultural science and technology information communication provide theoretical support for the selection of influencing factors of agricultural science and technology information dissemination. Thirdly, four factors (communicator, receiver, content, media) that affect the spread of agricultural science and technology information are selected and expounded, and their main characteristics are analyzed, and the influence mechanism of each factor on the effect of communication is analyzed according to the theoretical basis. Fourth, by designing questionnaires and investigating relevant data, according to the statistical results, the correlation between the communicator and the communication effect, the relationship between the communicator and the communication effect, the correlation between the media and the communication effect is analyzed respectively. The correlation between the dissemination of information and the effect of communication. Finally, based on the analysis of the factors and the results of the communication effect, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the effect of agricultural science and technology information dissemination were put forward from the angle of the analysis of the communicator, the recipient, the communication content and the media.
