清代粮价奏报流程及其数据性质再探讨

【摘要】：清代的粮价奏报有两种,一种是粮价清单,其形成过程可能是:知县(州)的月报粮价→知府的通府概括性粮价→布政使的粮价清单;另一种是粮价细册,其形成过程可能是:知县(州)的短期奏报→布政使的粮价细册,或知县(州)的短期奏报→知府→布政使的粮价细册。粮价清单中的府级粮价从空间维度上,可能是辖下两个价格极端县的价格,从时间上看,可能是每月下旬或者下半月的价格。州县的粮价数据来自经济功能相近的米铺、粮行和牙行的呈报,价格的具体性质很难判断——是批发价、零售价还是产地价,这和该州县的市场中心地级别和其在粮食运销层级中的位置有一定关系。
