云南省土地整治模式与关键技术研究

【摘要】：土地整治是按照土地利用总体规划,对田、水、路、林、村综合整治,提高耕地质量,增加有效耕地面积,改善农业生产条件和生态环境的途径。经济社会不断发展,人口的增加和城镇化进程不断加快,土地的需求量也越来越大。土地整治作为协调人地关系、实现土地资源优化配置的重要手段,是经济社会发展到一定阶段,解决土地利用问题的必然选择。本论文首先阐述了土地整治的背景、相关概念、研究内容和意义,并在对国内外相关内容研究介绍的基础上,提出文章研究思路及方法；然后对国内及我省取得良好效益或具有代表性的土地整治模式进行分析,结合土地经济学,围绕云南省土地资源、经济作物特点,探讨提高农田生产能力,降低农业生产成本,发挥区域作物效益最大化模式,提出了云南省土地整治经济学模式；最后在该模式指导下,将云南省土地整治模式细分为：旱地区土地整治模式及水田区土地整治模式。结合各模式下自然条件特点及作物需求,研究土地整治中主要运用到的关键技术,解决了旱地区干旱缺水对作物生产的主要矛盾,提高了坡旱地的利用效益,完善了田间道路系统,方便农产品运输及机械化运作；提出了水田区土地平整主要技术方案,并对原有灌排、道路系统进行合理规划设计,改善了区域基础设施条件,提高了土地利用效益。论文成果将理论与实践相结合,为土地整治在云南省更好的实施提供了一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:According to the overall plan of land use, land regulation is a way to improve the quality of cultivated land, increase the area of effective cultivated land and improve the agricultural production conditions and ecological environment by comprehensively renovating the fields, water, roads, forests and villages. With the continuous development of economy and society, the increase of population and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for land is also increasing. As an important means to coordinate the relationship between land and realize the optimal allocation of land resources, land renovation is an inevitable choice to solve the problem of land use in a certain stage of economic and social development. Firstly, this paper expounds the background, related concepts, research contents and significance of land regulation, and on the basis of introducing the relevant contents at home and abroad, puts forward the research ideas and methods of the article. Then it analyzes the good benefit or representative land regulation mode in China and our province, combined with land economics, around the characteristics of land resources and cash crops in Yunnan Province, discusses how to improve the production capacity of farmland and reduce the cost of agricultural production. The economic model of land regulation in Yunnan Province was put forward by giving full play to the mode of maximizing the benefit of regional crops. Finally, under the guidance of this model, the land regulation model of Yunnan Province is divided into: dry area land regulation model and paddy field area land regulation model. Combined with the characteristics of natural conditions and crop demand under each model, the key technologies mainly used in land remediation are studied, which solves the main contradiction between drought and water shortage on crop production in dry areas, and improves the utilization benefit of sloping dryland. The field road system is improved to facilitate the transportation and mechanization of agricultural products. The main technical scheme of land leveling in paddy field area is put forward, and the original irrigation and drainage and road system are reasonably planned and designed, which improves the conditions of regional infrastructure and improves the benefit of land use. The results of this paper combine theory with practice, which provides a certain reference for the better implementation of land remediation in Yunnan Province.
