【摘要】：国际货币体系面临着前所未有的改革,区域经济一体化背景下的货币区域化,是当代世界经济发展中的重大结构性问题。东亚新兴经济体已经成为世界重要的经济增长力量,而恰当的货币合作不仅有助于维护宏观经济和金融市场的稳定,各经济体也能逐渐减少对美元的需求,从而减少对美元的依赖和持有美元的机会成本。反过来,货币一体化的进程会促进经济一体化的进程,进一步促进区域间的贸易和投资,实现区域内的资源的最优化配置,从而推动全球国际收支平衡。对于货币一体化的研究,目前有许多货币理论,大多是围绕“最优货币区”建立与标准选择来研究的。20世纪90年代以来,区域经济一体化迅速发展,其中具有里程碑意义的事件是欧元的成功启动。欧元的实现不仅推动了区域货币一体化的发展,而且还为其他地区货币一体化树立了典范。相对于欧盟的货币一体化,东亚区域的特殊性和复杂性,使得东亚货币一体化进程相对比较缓慢。我们应该如何借鉴欧元的成功经验以推动东亚货币合作向纵深发展,欧盟货币一体化对东亚有什么启示,东亚区域货币一体化应该选择怎样的发展模式和具体路径,是本文要探讨的问题。对于这些重大现实问题的研究,对于进一步推进东亚货币合作具有一定的现实意义。本文共分为六个章节。第一章是对本文的研究背景、研究意义、现有理论及研究方法的一个概括介绍。第二章对货币合作理论,特别是著名的“最优货币区理论”进行了详细的阐述,为下文进一步分析提供了理论支持。第三章和第四章分别介绍欧盟区域一体化、货币一体化的历史进程和东亚货币一体化的发展进程,并指出东亚货币一体化面临的困难。第五章从经济因素及非经济因素两个方面,分析讨论东亚货币一体化与欧盟货币一体化的区别。第六章结合欧盟和东亚各经济体的实际情况,讨论东亚货币合作可以借鉴和不可以借鉴欧盟货币一体化的相应经验,并对东亚货币合作的模式及其路径选择问题做出一定的研究。
[Abstract]:The international monetary system is facing the unprecedented reform, the currency regionalization under the background of the regional economic integration. East Asian emerging economies have become an important economic growth force in the world, and appropriate monetary cooperation not only contributes to maintaining macroeconomic and financial market stability. Economies can also gradually reduce demand for the dollar, thereby reducing their dependence on the dollar and the opportunity cost of holding it. In turn, the process of currency integration facilitates the process of economic integration. To further promote interregional trade and investment, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources within the region, thus promoting the global balance of payments. For the study of monetary integration, there are many monetary theories, most of which focus on the establishment and standard selection of "optimal currency area". Since 90s, regional economic integration has developed rapidly. The milestone event is the successful launch of the euro, which not only promotes the development of regional monetary integration, but also sets a good example for the integration of other regional currencies. Compared with the monetary integration of the European Union, the particularity and complexity of the East Asian region. The process of monetary integration in East Asia is relatively slow. How should we learn from the successful experience of the euro in order to promote the further development of monetary cooperation in East Asia? what enlightenment does the monetary integration of the European Union have on East Asia? What kind of development mode and specific path should be chosen for the regional monetary integration in East Asia is the problem to be discussed in this paper. It is of practical significance to further promote monetary cooperation in East Asia. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is a summary of the research background, research significance, existing theories and research methods. The second chapter is the monetary cooperation theory. In particular, the famous "optimal currency area theory" is elaborated in detail, which provides theoretical support for further analysis below. Chapter three and Chapter 4th respectively introduce the European Union regional integration. The historical process of monetary integration and the development process of monetary integration in East Asia, and pointed out the difficulties of monetary integration in East Asia. Chapter 5th from the two aspects of economic factors and non-economic factors. Chapter 6th analyzes and discusses the differences between the monetary integration of East Asia and the monetary integration of the European Union. Chapter 6th combines the actual situation of the European Union and the East Asian economies. This paper discusses that monetary cooperation in East Asia can and cannot draw lessons from the corresponding experience of monetary integration of the European Union, and makes a certain study on the mode and path choice of monetary cooperation in East Asia.
