【摘要】：四川省于20世纪90年代开始涌现各类工业园区,步入工业园区的快速建设阶段,工业园区成为推动四川省经济发展不可或缺的载体。历经十多年的发展,工业园区现已成为四川省社会经济发展的重要增长极,在四川省经济发展中发挥了巨大作用,是加快产业升级、优化经济结构、推动区域经济发展的重要力量。在历史发展的新时期,四川省“两化”互动、统筹城乡的重大战略部署赋予了工业园区新的历史使命。四川省亟需提升工业园区的整体竞争力水平,完善工业园区在新型城镇化与新型工业化发展中的功能,“以点带面”,推动工业园区与城镇的互动融合,加快实现“两化”互动的发展步伐,促进四川省社会经济的全面发展,将四川省建设成为西部经济发展高地。本文首先研究工业园区的相关概念,概括总结工业园区的概念、类型划分、形成和支撑的条件及作用,深入认识工业园区。然后,结合2011年和2012年四川省工业园区的统计数据,分析四川省工业园区的发展历程、发展现状及存在的问题。其次,构建工业园区竞争力评价的指标体系,计算得出全省工业园区竞争力得分,并对四川省工业园区竞争力进行深入的评价与分析。最后,提出四川省工业园区的发展建议,为四川省工业园区的建设和优化提供指导,加速实现四川省“两化”互动的战略目标。本文主要通过运用区域经济学、产业经济学等学科的理论方法,结合四川省工业园区的实际情况,以层次分析法为主要的分析工具,将理论与实际结合,探讨基于“两化”互动的背景下四川省工业园区的发展策略。
[Abstract]:Sichuan province in 1990s began to appear in all kinds of industrial parks, the rapid construction phase to the industrial park, industrial park has become the carrier to promote the economic development of Sichuan province is indispensable. After more than 10 years of development, the industrial park has become the social and economic development of Sichuan Province, the important growth pole, played a huge role in economic development in Sichuan Province, is speeding up industrial upgrading, optimizing the economic structure, an important force in promoting regional economic development. In the new historical period, Sichuan province "two" interactive, a major strategic plan of urban and rural industrial park gives a new historical mission in Sichuan Province. The urgent need to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industrial park, improve the function of the new urbanization and new industrial development in the industrial park, "to" promote the interactive Industrial Park and urban integration, accelerate the realization of the "two" interactive. The pace of development will promote the overall development of the social and economic development of Sichuan Province, and build the Sichuan province into the highland of the economic development of the West.
This paper firstly studies the related concepts of industrial parks, Industrial Parks Division concept, summarizes the types, formation and supporting conditions and effects, in-depth understanding of the industrial park. Then, based on the statistical data of 2011 and 2012 in Sichuan Province Industrial Park, analysis of the development of the Sichuan Province Industrial Park, development status and problems of second. Construction of index system, evaluation of Industrial Park competitiveness, calculated the province's Industrial Park competitiveness score, and in-depth analysis and evaluation on the competitiveness of the industrial parks in Sichuan province. Finally, suggestions for the future development of Sichuan province industry park, to provide guidance for the construction and optimization of the industrial parks in Sichuan Province, Sichuan province to speed up the realization of the "two" interactive the strategic objectives.
This paper mainly through the use of regional economics, industrial economics theory, combined with the actual situation of the industrial parks in Sichuan Province, using the analytic hierarchy process as the main analytical tool, the combination of theory and practice, based on the "two" interactive under the background of Sichuan province industry park development strategy.
