【摘要】：随着世界经济的发展，中国经济日益融入全球化，国内区域经济一体化进程也在不断加快。在这样的时代背景下，县域经济的发展和质量的提升，与其所处区域的整体发展水平密切相关。在中国工业化进入新阶段、社会发展步入新时期以及新型城镇化战略的提出等多重条件下，县级行政单元作为国家对经济、社会发展进行组织与管理的最基本的行政单位，其在国家经济发展中的地位愈发凸显。本文利用GIS空间分析方法，对吉林省县域经济发展密切相关的空间要素（土地、人口与城镇化、产业和交通网络）以及经济空间格局的形成与演变等进行了研究，具体研究内容包括：第一章：绪论。本章介绍了论文的选题背景、研究意义以及国内外研究状况，在强调我国已经进入县域经济时代的基础上，阐述了构成县域经济的基本空间要素以及与GIS空间分析相结合的可行性。第二章：研究区域概况与研究方法。介绍了研究区域吉林省的地理位置、自然环境、自然资源以及经济、农业、工业的发展水平；阐释了论文研究的主要内容以及拟采用的研究方法。第三章：吉林省县域土地利用空间特征。本章利用了吉林省四期的土地利用数据构建了四种景观指数，分析了这四种景观指数的时间变化特征；并且基于景观指数，构建了生态风险指数，对吉林省四个时期的生态风险进行了评价。第四章：吉林省县域人口与城镇化空间要素研究。本章主要从吉林省县域整体出发，从行政区级别变迁、人口空间集聚、建成区面积拓展三个方面概况了县域城镇化的总体特征；然后，按照吉林省东、中、西三大分区，分别研究了各分区内诸县市城镇化的总体特征；最后，从省域城镇体系的角度分析了吉林省各县级行政单元的职能分工以及在此基础上所形成的县级行政单元联动发展的空间格局。第五章：吉林省县域产业要素的空间分异。本章从农业发展着手，分析了吉林省县域农业在全省国民经济中的地位以及县域农业生产中的内部分异现象；然后，分析了吉林省县域工业发展水平及其在国民经济中的地位，阐释了规模以上工业企业的空间布局特点，并在此基础上进一步分析了农畜产品加工业与医药工业的布局特点。最后，对县域分配性服务业、生产性服务业、消费性服务业和社会性服务业的发展水平与空间分异进行了分析。第六章：吉林省县域交通优势度分析。本章首先介绍了吉林省交通网络的现状，引进了交通网络密度、交通干线影响程度、交通可达性等交通优势度评价方法并利用GIS可视化分析方法拟合了交通网络密度格局、交通干线影响程度格局、交通可达性格局和交通网络优势度格局。最后，，采用耦合度和协调度模型，分析了交通优势度与县域经济发展的空间关系。第七章：吉林省县域经济空间格局差异性分析。本章首先构建了经济综合能力、经济均量能力、经济增长能力等经济指标。然后，采用ESDA空间分析测度指标和分析方法，对整体经济格局、经济热点区域的空间演化和地区生产总值、人均地区生产总值的Gi*指标进行了分析。最后，从经济能力总体特征和经济能力热点分析两个方面研究了经济能力的空间差异性。第八章：结论与展望。本章主要概括了论文研究的的主要结论，并在此基础上揭示了论文研究过程中存在的不足，以及从研究尺度、指标体系等方面对下一步研究做出的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, Chinese economy into globalization, the domestic regional economic integration is accelerating. In this background, the development of county economy and quality improvement, and the region's overall development level is closely related. In Chinese industry entered a new stage of social development, put forward multiple conditions in the new stage and the new urbanization strategy, the county administrative unit as the state of the economy, the social development of the organization and management of the most basic administrative unit, its position in the national economic development in the increasingly prominent. In this paper, using GIS spatial analysis method, the elements of space is closely related to County Economic development of Jilin province (land. Population and urbanization, industrial and traffic network) as well as the economic spatial pattern formation and evolution are studied. The research contents include:
The first chapter: introduction. This chapter introduces the background, significance and domestic and international research situation of the thesis. After emphasizing China has entered the county economic era, it expounds the basic elements of the county economy and the feasibility of combining with GIS spatial analysis.
The second chapter: the general situation and research methods of the research area. It introduces the geographical location, natural environment, natural resources, and the development level of agriculture and industry in Jilin, and explains the main contents of the research and the research methods to be adopted.
The third chapter: the spatial characteristics of land use in County of Jilin province. This chapter uses the land use data of four Jilin province constructed four kinds of landscape index, analyzed the time variation characteristics of these four kinds of landscape index; and based on the landscape index, constructed the ecological risk index, ecological risk in four periods of Jilin province. Evaluation.
The fourth chapter: the elements of space research in Jilin province population and urban county. This chapter mainly from the county of Jilin province overall departure from the administrative region level changes, population agglomeration, built-up area expansion of three aspects of the general characteristics of county urbanization; then, according to the Jilin Province in the East, West three partition. The overall features of the county urbanization in each zone are studied; finally, from the provincial urban system analyzed the spatial pattern of the county level administrative unit formed by the joint development of county-level administrative units in Jilin province and on the basis of the division of functions.
The fifth chapter: the Jilin province county industrial factors spatial differentiation. This chapter from the agricultural development to analysis the status of the county agriculture in the province of Jilin Province in the national economy and agricultural production in the county difference; then analyzes the development level of county industry in Jilin province and its status in the national economy, characteristics the spatial layout of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of interpretation, and on the basis of further analysis of the distribution characteristics of agricultural and livestock products processing and pharmaceutical industry. Finally, on the distribution of services, producer services, development level and space consumption service industry and social service differentiation were analyzed.
The sixth chapter: the Jilin province county transportation advantage degree analysis. This chapter first introduces the current situation of the traffic network in Jilin Province, the introduction of traffic network density, traffic impact degree, evaluation method of traffic accessibility and traffic advantage analysis method to fit the traffic network density pattern using GIS visualization, traffic impact pattern, traffic accessibility patterns and traffic network dominance pattern. Finally, the coupling degree and coordination degree model, analyzes the spatial relationship between transportation superiority and regional economic development.
The seventh chapter: the analysis of spatial pattern of Jilin province county economy difference. This chapter constructs the comprehensive economic ability, economic capacity, economic indicators of economic growth ability. Then, using ESDA spatial analysis and index analysis method, the overall economic structure, GDP and regional spatial evolution of regional economic issues, Gi* index the per capita GDP is analyzed. Finally, spatial difference from the general characteristics of economic capacity and economic capacity of hot spot analysis to study two aspects of economic capacity.
The eighth chapter: conclusion and prospect. This chapter mainly summarizes the main conclusions of the paper, and on this basis, reveals the shortcomings in the research process, and prospects for further research from aspects of research scale and index system.
