临空经济与区域经济发展的耦合作用机理——以郑州航空港为例

【摘要】：文章首先基于对临空经济与区域经济之间互动机制、相互关系的分析,对临空经济与区域经济的耦合作用机理进行了梳理。研究结果表明:以临空产业为主导的临空经济是区域经济的"增长极",其增长效应将带动整个区域经济的崛起和发展;此外,临空经济区的发展扩大了所在区域的对外贸易往来,增强了区域经济的"输出基础";同时,临空经济区的产业空间组织架构也重塑了区域经济发展的"空间结构",提高了区域经济的发展效率。在理论分析的基础上,文章进一步对郑州航空港的现实条件和比较优势、郑州航空港对周边区域经济的影响、郑州航空港与中原经济区耦合的实现路径等问题展开了研究,对郑州航空港与中原经济区对接的促成机制以及战略实现路径等提出了建设性意见,以期寻求对中原经济发展新的理解。
[Abstract]:Firstly, based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the air-front economy and the regional economy, the paper analyzes the relationship between the air-front economy and the regional economy. In this paper, the coupling mechanism between the air-front economy and the regional economy is analyzed. The results show that the air-front economy is the "growth pole" of the regional economy, which is dominated by the air-front industry. Its growth effect will promote the rise and development of the whole regional economy; In addition, the development of the air-front economic zone has expanded the foreign trade exchanges in the region and strengthened the "export basis" of the regional economy. At the same time, the industrial spatial organization structure of the air-front economic zone has also reshaped the "spatial structure" of the regional economic development and improved the development efficiency of the regional economy. The article further studies the actual conditions and comparative advantages of Zhengzhou Airport, the impact of Zhengzhou Airport on the surrounding regional economy, and the realization path of the coupling between Zhengzhou Airport and Central Plains Economic Zone. This paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the facilitating mechanism and strategic realization path of the docking between Zhengzhou Airport and the Central Plains Economic Zone in order to seek a new understanding of the economic development of the Central Plains.
