【摘要】：西藏作为少数民族聚集区，其优势产业发展路径不仅关系到区域经济的持续发展，也关系到民族团结和政治稳定。林芝地区作为西藏七大区域的组成之一，其发展水平离不开西藏经济大发展的总体环境，其优势产业的选择和发展路径同样能够促进区域经济社会发展的持续性。本文首次通过对林芝地区三次产业进行全面研究，并使用描述性统计、相关分析、动态偏离—份额分析和聚类分析，对林芝地区产业进行了静态和动态的竞争力评价，反映出林芝地区产业竞争环境的动态变化过程，提出优化产业未来发展环境的建议，为区域产业可持续发展做出贡献。本文基于国内外现有关于优势产业的相关理论，并结合林芝地区产业发展现状，使用动态偏离份额分析法，对比研究了林芝地区整体与西藏的发展差异、林芝地区内各县与林芝地区整体的发展差异，量化评价了林芝地区整体和地区内的产业竞争力优势和结构优势，定性分析了未来产业未来发展的方向。首先，本文从区域空间和时间发展的异质性出发，引出了本文所要研究的主要问题，明确了本文所使用的基本概念，建立了文章分析的研究框架。其次，将林芝地区放在西藏整体产业发展的背景下进行研究，对西藏和林芝地区的产业发展进行了描述性统计分析，，得到了2002~2012年期间产业总值和产业比重的变动，对林芝地区产业发展的结构和产业重点有一个初步的认知；然后是对林芝地区的林芝、米林、工布江达、墨脱、波密、察隅、朗县7个县三次产业发展进行了描述性统计和对比分析，使用聚类分析对七个县的发展水平进行了分类，从而对2002~2012年期间各县的产业发展情况和产业组成情况有宏观层面上的把握。再次，使用动态偏离份额分析法，将产业增长分解为增长分量、结构偏离、竞争力偏离三个部分，从产业结构和产业竞争力两个方面，定位了林芝地区整体发展情况和西藏发展的差异，定位了林芝地区下辖的林芝、米林、工布江达、墨脱、波密、察隅、朗县等七个县的产业发展与林芝地区发展的差异，对产业的优势进行了评价，为制定因地制宜的产业发展政策提供相应的支持。最后，在定量分析的基础上，结合林芝地区的自然资源条件，制定产业发展的规划，为三次产业的发展提供相应的思路；从科技投入、市场体系、基础设施三个方面，对林芝地区产业可持续发展提供相应的思路和建议。通过本文的分析，不仅对林芝地区近十年来产业发展的历史进行了回顾，还从结构优势和竞争力优势方面对林芝地区整体和地区内进行优势产业评价，为林芝地区产业可持续发展的方向提供相应的理论指导。
[Abstract]:As a concentrated area of ethnic minorities, Tibet's superior industrial development path is not only related to the sustainable development of regional economy, but also to national unity and political stability.As one of the seven major regions of Tibet, Linzhi region's development level can not be separated from the overall environment of Tibet's economic development, and the choice and development path of its superior industries can also promote the sustainability of regional economic and social development.Based on the comprehensive study of three industries in Linzhi area, this paper makes a static and dynamic evaluation on the competitiveness of Linzhi industry by using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, dynamic deviation-share analysis and cluster analysis.It reflects the dynamic changing process of the industrial competition environment in Linzhi area, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the future development environment of the industry so as to contribute to the sustainable development of the regional industry.In this paper, based on the existing domestic and foreign related theories about superior industries, and combining with the current situation of industry development in Linzhi region, using dynamic deviation share analysis method, the paper contrasts the development difference between Linzhi region and Tibet.The difference of the development between the counties in Linzhi area and the whole area in Linzhi area is analyzed. The competitive advantage and structural advantage of industry in Linzhi area are quantitatively evaluated, and the future development direction of industry is analyzed qualitatively.First of all, starting from the heterogeneity of regional space and time development, this paper leads to the main problems to be studied in this paper, defines the basic concepts used in this paper, and establishes the research framework of this paper.Secondly, in the context of the overall industrial development of Tibet, the Linzhi region is studied, and a descriptive statistical analysis of the industrial development in Tibet and Linzhi regions is carried out, and the changes in the total industrial value and the industrial proportion between 2002 and 2012 are obtained.There is a preliminary understanding of the structure and industrial focus of the industrial development in the Linzhi region; then there is a preliminary understanding of Linzhi, Milin, Gombujiangda, Murt, Bomi, and Chayu in the Linzhi region.The third industrial development of seven counties in Longxian County was analyzed by descriptive statistics and comparative analysis, and the development level of seven counties was classified by cluster analysis.From 2002 to 2012, the industrial development and industrial composition of each county are grasped at the macro level.Thirdly, the dynamic deviation share analysis method is used to decompose industrial growth into three parts: growth component, structural deviation and competitiveness deviation, from two aspects of industrial structure and industrial competitiveness.The differences between the overall development situation of Linzhi and Tibet and the industrial development of seven counties under the jurisdiction of Linzhi, Milin, Gombujiangda, Murt, Bomi, Chayu, Lang County, and Linzhi Prefecture were fixed.The advantages of the industry are evaluated to provide corresponding support for the formulation of local industrial development policy.Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, in combination with the natural resource conditions of Linzhi region, we draw up a plan for industrial development to provide corresponding ideas for the development of the three industries; from the three aspects of science and technology investment, market system, infrastructure,To the Linzhi area industry sustainable development provides the corresponding thought and the suggestion.Through the analysis of this paper, not only the history of industrial development in Linzhi area in recent ten years is reviewed, but also the superiority industry evaluation of Linzhi region as a whole and within the region is carried out from the aspects of structural advantage and competitive advantage.To provide the corresponding theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of industry in Linzhi area.
