福建省城市竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：在区域经济一体化的今天,世界各国都面临着发展的机遇和伴随而来的竞争及挑战。城市作为区域性经济发展的重要载体,以及所在区域的政治、经济、文教中心,已经被看作是推动发展的发动机及区域竞争的主体,在区域发展和经济增长中的作用越来越大。因此,近年来关于城市竞争力的研究越来越引起理论界和实践者的关注。当前,我国正处于工业化和城市化发展的重要阶段,城市竞争力的研究应继续深化开展。福建省是海西经济区重要组成部分,正处于发展的重要机遇期。研究福建省9个城市的竞争力水平,对加强福建省城市间协作,提升福建省整体发展水平,促进海西经济区的腾飞有重要的现实指导意义。提升城市竞争力的重要前提,是全方位、多层次地对城市的经济社会发展水平进行全面而细致的分类研究。本文从竞争力概念的发展历程为入口,逐步引申到城市竞争力的评价指标体系和运用的相关情况,并以此为借鉴,根据十八大“五位一体”建设思路和福建省“十二五”规划,构建了一套新的具有系统性、实用性特征的城市竞争力评价指标体系；论文运用SPSS统计分析软件,采用因子分析法,从经济发展、结构调整、生活水平、公共服务、生态环境、基础设施六个方面对福建省九个城市的发展水平进行综合排名,再把各城市竞争力的分项得分结果作为聚类变量进行聚类分析,从而把福建省各城市划分为四个等级并进行评述：厦门和福州为第一等级城市,泉州为第二等级城市,漳州、龙岩、莆田、南平和宁德5个城市为第三等级城市,三明为第四等级城市；最后在实证分析得出结论的基础上,从城市间相互合作的角度,提出了相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:In today's regional economic integration, all countries in the world are faced with opportunities for development and accompanying competition and challenges.As an important carrier of regional economic development, as well as the political, economic, cultural and educational centers in the region, cities have been regarded as the engine of development and the main body of regional competition, and play an increasingly important role in regional development and economic growth.Therefore, in recent years, the research on urban competitiveness has attracted more and more attention of the theorists and practitioners.At present, our country is in the important stage of industrialization and urbanization development.Fujian Province is an important component of the Hercynian Economic Zone and is in an important period of opportunity for development.The study of the competitiveness level of nine cities in Fujian Province has important practical guiding significance for strengthening the cooperation among cities in Fujian Province, promoting the overall development level of Fujian Province and promoting the take-off of the Hercynian Economic Zone.The important premise of improving the city's competitiveness is to make a comprehensive and detailed classification study on the level of the city's economic and social development in all directions and at different levels.From the development course of the concept of competitiveness, this paper gradually extends the evaluation index system of urban competitiveness and the relevant situation of its application, and uses it as a reference, according to the idea of "five in one" construction of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the 12th Five-Year Plan of Fujian Province.This paper constructs a new evaluation index system of urban competitiveness with systematic and practical characteristics, using SPSS statistical analysis software and factor analysis method, from the aspects of economic development, structural adjustment, living standard, public service, ecological environment, etc.The development level of nine cities in Fujian Province is comprehensively ranked in six aspects of infrastructure, and then the sub-score of competitiveness of each city is taken as cluster variables for cluster analysis.The cities in Fujian Province are divided into four levels: Xiamen and Fuzhou as the first class, Quanzhou as the second, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Putian, Nanning and Ningde as the third class.Sanming is the fourth grade city, and based on the conclusion of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions from the angle of inter-city cooperation.
