西部地区经济增长困境破局

【摘要】：文章认为,要想促进西部地区的经济发展,必须明确该地区在全国经济发展中的地位,做好定位,完善该地区经济发展模式,转变其增长方式,按照发展的实际情况与需求促进路径的转化。西部地区已经迎来了发展的第二个阶段,文章认为,此阶段的重点任务是:提升科技创新能力,促进产业结构的优化升级;根据西部地区的优势,重点发展特色产业;利用核心区域经济增长的示范作用,使西部地区的不同区域能够协同一致,共同建设并完善该地区的发展机制,共同推动该地区经济的快速增长。
[Abstract]:The article holds that in order to promote the economic development of the western region, it is necessary to make clear the position of the region in the national economic development, to make a good position, to perfect the economic development model of the region, and to change its growth mode. According to the actual situation of development and demand to promote the transformation of the path. The western region has already ushered in the second stage of development. The paper holds that the key tasks of this stage are: to promote the ability of scientific and technological innovation, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, to focus on the development of characteristic industries according to the advantages of the western region; By taking advantage of the exemplary role of the core regional economic growth, the different regions in the western region can work together to build and perfect the development mechanism of the region and jointly promote the rapid economic growth in this region.
