西南地区旅游业对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：多年来,从国家到省、市、县、乡镇、街道、村,自上而下,都大兴旅游业。有人称,我国已进入旅游社会。近年来,在精准扶贫大政方针贯彻下,甚至将旅游扶贫作为帮扶贫困地区、贫困家庭的主要措施,可见,旅游业对经济的影响之大。旅游业对区域经济社会的发展到底有怎样的影响,它对区域经济增长的影响机制是什么?鉴于此,在新的实践道路上,一个有欠新意的议题,“旅游业对经济增长的影响研究”,便成为了问题意识和学术旨趣。改革开放以来,特别是“一带一路”战略提出以后,国家对西部地区着重扶持。西南地区东临中国经济发展较快的中南地区,南接繁荣的东南亚旅游市场,被鄂、桂、陕、青、甘、湘和藏六省环抱其中。拥有丰富的旅游资源、便捷的交通运输。旅游业作为第三产业的带头产业之一对带动全区相关联产业的发展、扩大就业、促进产业结构升级和增加经济收入等方面起到了积极的推动作用。然而同西部其他区域相比西南地区的旅游业发展还有待提升,这也是制约当地经济增长的重要瓶颈。首先,本文通过阅读大量的国内外相关文献,以此为基础,先采用定性的方法,对西南地区四省市以及各省市的旅游业实际情况进行分析。因为丰富的旅游资源禀赋和良好的外部环境,使西南地区具备大力发展旅游业的条件。其次,采用固定效应模型,借助Eviews8.0软件初步分析了西南四省市旅游业域经济增长的影响,结果显示西南四省市旅游业对当地经济增长有明显的正向促进作用。随后又分析了旅游业对不同产业部门的影响以及影响机制。得出旅游业主要通过产业关联效应和就业效应来推动第三产业的发展。再次,分别研究了西南各省市旅游业对经济增长的影响,以便更好的对比分析各省市旅游业对经济增长影响的差距。最后结合西南地区旅游业现状和实证结果,从资源优势、基础设施以及政府导向等多个方面提出了提升西南地区旅游业发展的对策措施。
[Abstract]:Over the years, tourism has flourished from country to province, city, county, township, street, village, top-down. Some people say that our country has entered the tourism society. In recent years, with the implementation of the policy of precision poverty alleviation, the tourism poverty alleviation is even regarded as the main measure to help poor families in poor areas. It can be seen that tourism has a great impact on the economy. What is the impact of tourism on the development of regional economy and society, and what is the influence mechanism of tourism on regional economic growth? In view of this, in the new practical road, a less innovative topic, "the study of the impact of tourism on economic growth", has become a problem consciousness and academic purport. Since the reform and opening up, especially after the "Belt and Road" strategy put forward, the state has focused on supporting the western region. The southwest region is bounded by the booming Southeast Asian tourism market in the east by China's fast-growing central and southern regions, surrounded by six provinces: Hubei, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Gansu, Hunan, and Tibet, among which are the provinces of Hubei, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Gansu, Hunan and Tibet. With rich tourism resources, convenient transportation. As one of the leading industries in the tertiary industry, tourism has played a positive role in promoting the development of related industries in the whole region, expanding employment, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and increasing economic income. However, compared with other regions in the west, the development of tourism in the southwest still needs to be improved, which is also an important bottleneck restricting the local economic growth. First of all, by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, based on this, the qualitative method is used to analyze the actual situation of tourism in four provinces and cities in Southwest China. Because of rich tourism resource endowment and good external environment, southwest region has the condition to develop tourism vigorously. Secondly, using the fixed effect model and Eviews8.0 software, the paper preliminarily analyzes the influence of the tourism growth in the four provinces and cities in southwest China. The results show that the tourism industry of the four provinces and cities in southwest China has a significant positive effect on the local economic growth. Then it analyzes the impact of tourism on different industrial sectors and the impact mechanism. It is concluded that tourism promotes the development of tertiary industry mainly through the effect of industrial association and employment. Thirdly, the paper studies the impact of tourism on economic growth in southwest provinces and cities respectively, in order to better compare and analyze the gap between tourism and economic growth in different provinces and cities. Finally, combined with the present situation and empirical results of tourism industry in Southwest China, the paper puts forward countermeasures and measures to promote the development of tourism industry in Southwest China from the aspects of resource superiority, infrastructure and government guidance.
