浅谈药品生产技术专业试行现代学徒制人才培养模式的经验体会

【摘要】：从区域经济发展和制药企业管理需要出发,探索了欠发达地区以"校中厂"为平台的"全融合"现代学徒制人才培养模式,推进现代学徒制人才培养模式的目标是培养出的学生满足企业岗位需要,实施现代师徒制的核心是培养学生现代科学知识和现代科学技术,以及创新创业能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the needs of regional economic development and pharmaceutical enterprise management, this paper probes into the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in less developed areas, which is based on the platform of "middle school factory". The goal of promoting the modern apprenticeship talent training model is to cultivate students to meet the needs of the enterprise posts, and the core of implementing the modern master and apprenticeship system is to cultivate students' modern scientific knowledge and modern science and technology, as well as the ability to innovate and set up businesses.
