【摘要】：正一、国家需求、区域战略与京津冀协同发展新中国成立以来,依据不同历史时期的国家需求、体制机制与发展环境变化,中国区域发展战略先后经历了四个阶段。一是以计划经济和资源统筹为特征的区域平衡发展战略。在建国初期的时点上,中国迫切地需要建立战略防御型经济布局,为改变工业集聚于沿海地区的状况,实施了向内地推进的区域平衡发展战略。
[Abstract]:First, national demand, regional strategy and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development since the founding of New China, according to different historical periods of national demand, institutional mechanisms and development environment changes. China's regional development strategy has experienced four stages. The first is the regional balanced development strategy characterized by planned economy and overall planning of resources.
