【摘要】："一带一路"建设是一项庞大而非常复杂的系统工程,涉及国内外方方面面的利益和关系,面临的风险和挑战不容忽视,应及早识别和分析"一带一路"可能出现的风险、隐患和冲突,直面和化解"一带一路"可能出现的挑战、矛盾和困难,借鉴世界历史经验教训,才能为"一带一路"建设持续前行保驾护航。"一带一路"建设还需继续加大顶层设计,积极构建组织保障机制,通过战略规划和行动计划不断推向深入。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a huge and very complex systematic project, which involves the interests and relationships of all aspects at home and abroad. The risks and challenges we face should not be ignored, so we should identify and analyze the risks that may appear in "Belt and Road" as soon as possible. To face and resolve the challenges, contradictions and difficulties that may arise from "Belt and Road," and draw lessons from the world's historical experience. Only then can we guarantee the construction of "Belt and Road" continuously. The construction of "Belt and Road" should continue to increase the top-level design, actively construct the organization guarantee mechanism, and push forward through the strategic planning and action plan.
