中俄双边经贸合作发展研究

【摘要】：从2015年开始,全球贸易增长速度较前十几年放缓很多,很多学者提出全球化见顶时代已经到来。2016年随着叙利亚局势不稳的持续和恐怖主义的蔓延,带来了难以解决的难民问题,欧美等国的右翼势力抬头,英国脱欧,美国退出TPP,并打算对中国产品提高45%的税收。这些现象都预示着全球化见顶的趋势越来越明显。中国企业现在面临着产能严重过剩的问题,如何能在这样的大背景下保持中国经济的增长,增加外贸出口的可能呢?习近平主席2013年提出了一带一路的发展计划,为中国增加贸易发展提供新的机会。在一带一路的多条线路中,俄罗斯无疑是地位非常重要的一个国家,尤其是在欧美在右翼势力抬头后,更注重贸易保护后的背景下,中俄贸易无疑就变成了一个值得重视的发展方向。在复杂的现代社会和较为混乱的国际形势下,加强中俄之间的经贸合作是非常必要的。中国与俄罗斯之间因为地缘关系历来都是多种关系并存,因此研究中俄的经贸合作有利于中俄的战略伙伴关系的持续和发展。本文研究的主要内容包括:(1)建国后中俄贸易及合作的历史进程以及2000年后中俄经济关系出现好转后的贸易及合作情况。其中重点介绍了中俄贸易中的结构比例和投资方向。(2)中俄经贸合作发展中的影响因素分析。(3)促进中俄经贸合作发展的建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, the growth rate of global trade has slowed considerably compared to the previous decade, and many scholars have suggested that the era of globalization has reached its peak. 2016 has brought an intractable refugee problem as the situation in Syria continues to be unstable and terrorism spreads.Right-wing forces in Europe and the United States have risen, leaving the European Union and the United States withdrawing from the TPP.The United States intends to raise taxes on Chinese products by 45 per cent.All these phenomena indicate that the trend of globalization to peak is becoming more and more obvious.Chinese enterprises are now faced with the problem of serious overcapacity. How can they maintain the growth of China's economy and increase the possibility of export under such a background?President Belt and Road proposed Belt and Road's development plan in 2013, offering new opportunities for China to increase trade.Among Belt and Road's many routes, Russia is undoubtedly a very important country, especially in the context of the rise of right-wing forces in Europe and the United States, and more emphasis on trade protection.Sino-Russian trade has undoubtedly become a development direction worthy of attention.Under the complicated modern society and the chaotic international situation, it is necessary to strengthen the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia.Since there are always many kinds of relations between China and Russia, studying the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia is beneficial to the continuation and development of the strategic partnership between China and Russia.The main contents of this paper include the historical process of Sino-Russian trade and cooperation after the founding of the people's Republic of China and the trade and cooperation situation of Sino-Russian economic relations after 2000.The paper mainly introduces the structure proportion and investment direction of Sino-Russian trade. (2) the analysis of the influencing factors in the development of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation. 3) the suggestion of promoting the development of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation.
