邯郸冀南新区产业集群发展研究

【摘要】：随着逐步成为世界经济学舞台上闪耀的明星，产业集群理论正日益受到更多经济体所关注，越来越多的产业集群也在各国各地区相继产生和发展并担当着举足轻重的角色。本论文通过对产业集群相关知识和国内外例证的学习总结，以邯郸冀南新区这一新生经济区域为研究对象，首先系统分析了产业集群理论的产生和发展过程、国内外发展现状等问题。然后介绍了邯郸冀南新区的发展历史与现状，全面剖析了影响其产业集群体系构建的内外部环境因素，而后通过文献索引法、比较研究方法、案例分析方法、经验总结法等调研方法，全面评估邯郸冀南新区产业集群体系现存的主要缺陷，进一步深入分析影响冀南新区产业集群发展的各种因素及研究政府在推进产业集群发展中的作用，最后通过研究借鉴国内外典型产业集群的发展经验，对邯郸冀南新区运用各种定性及定量方法进行识别、分析、评价，提出了适合其良性发展的产业集群体系的重构路径，并提出了保障新区产业集群体系重构顺利实施的对策建议。本文结合作者自身工作实际和调查研究所得，把所学经济学和管理学的一般理论和各种分析方法运用到邯郸冀南新区的产业集群现状和存在的问题的分析上。邯郸冀南新区应当根据国内经济形势的新要求和新变化，适应国际经济结构加速和全球经济一体化发展重组的趋势，通过提高产业集群的创新能力和竞争力，充分发挥政府的支持作用，尽快进行本地区产业组织的创新，，形成独具当地特色的产业体系。鉴于产业集群作为地区产业组织创新的重要形式，产业集群研究对于邯郸冀南新区乃至全国各地区产业竞争力的提升和地区产业的有序协调发展具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With gradually becoming a shining star in the world economic arena, the theory of industrial cluster has been paid more and more attention by more and more economies, and more and more industrial clusters have emerged and developed in all countries and regions and played an important role.Based on the relevant knowledge of industrial cluster and the study of domestic and foreign examples, this paper takes the new economic area of Handan and southern Hebei as the research object. Firstly, it systematically analyzes the production and development process of the theory of industrial cluster.Domestic and foreign development status quo and other issues.Then it introduces the development history and present situation of Handan and southern Hebei new area, analyzes the internal and external environmental factors that affect the construction of Handan's industrial cluster system, and then through the literature index method, comparative research method, case analysis method,To comprehensively assess the existing major defects of the industrial cluster system in Handan and South Hebei New area by means of empirical research methods,Further in-depth analysis of the various factors affecting the development of industrial clusters in southern Hebei Province and the role of the government in promoting the development of industrial clusters. Finally, through the study of the development experience of typical industrial clusters at home and abroad,Using various qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, analyze, evaluate and put forward the reconstruction path of industrial cluster system suitable for its benign development.The countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the reconstruction of the industrial cluster system in the new area are put forward.Combined with the author's own work and investigation, this paper applies the general theory of economics and management and various analytical methods to the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the industrial cluster in Handan and South Hebei New area.In accordance with the new requirements and changes of the domestic economic situation, the Handan South Hebei New area should adapt to the trend of accelerating the international economic structure and the development and restructuring of the global economy, and improve the innovation ability and competitiveness of the industrial clusters.Give full play to the role of government support, as soon as possible innovation of the local industrial organization, forming a unique local characteristics of the industrial system.In view of the industrial cluster as an important form of regional industrial organization innovation, the study of industrial cluster has important practical significance for the promotion of industrial competitiveness and the orderly and coordinated development of regional industry in Handan and southern Hebei new area and even in all regions of China.
