城市居民与农民工收入分配差距及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着我国城镇化的发展,城市居民与农民工收入分配已经成为社会和学界关注焦点。本研究主要结合2012年雇员雇主匹配数据,利用RIF-OLS方法,研究城市居民与农民工收入分配状况、收入分配差距及其影响因素。研究结果发现,城市居民与农民工的收入不平等显著由组内和组间的不平等构成,且组内和组间的不平等性受到是否签订集体合同、是否签订劳动合同、是否为党员、婚姻状况、性别、教育、英语水平、企业性质以及所在的城市等多种因素的影响。明确这些影响收入分配的具体因素将有助于采取针对性的措施来规制居民和农民工的收入分配不平等性问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, income distribution between urban residents and migrant workers has become the focus of social and academic attention. Based on the employer matching data of employees in 2012, this study uses RIF-OLS method to study the income distribution of urban residents and migrant workers, the income distribution gap and its influencing factors. The results show that the income inequality between urban residents and migrant workers is significantly composed of intra-group and inter-group inequality, and whether the intra-group and inter-group inequality is due to the signing of collective contracts, whether to sign labor contracts, whether they are party members. Marital status, gender, education, English proficiency, the nature of the business and the city of a variety of factors. Clarifying the specific factors that affect income distribution will help to take targeted measures to regulate the inequality of income distribution between residents and migrant workers.
