中国经济开放度对制造业全要素生产率影响研究

【摘要】：在“中国制造2025”的战略下,发展制造业是大势所趋,全要素生产率是衡量技术进步的指标,也是促使长期经济增长的源泉。对外贸易与资本投资引致的国际间技术溢出与扩散成为影响一国或地区全要素生产率提高的主要因素,那么有理由认为贸易开放度与投资开放度对制造业全要素生产率有一定影响,研究包括贸易与投资两方面的经济开放度对制造业全要素生产率的影响具有一定价值与意义。首先综述了经济开放度与制造业全要素生产率的相关理论,选择适当的度量指标与测算方法得出中国经济开放度与制造业全要素生产率的数值。通过贸易开放度与投资开放度的两方面分析,发现中国经济开放度近年来有上升也有回落。利用DEA-Malmquist指数法对中国制造业全要素生产率及其分解项进行测算,发现近年来制造业全要素生产率基本处在增长状态。其次利用面板数据模型分析中国经济开放度对制造业全要素生产率的影响。结果显示中国贸易开放度(货物贸易和服务贸易开放度)、投资开放度(外商直接投资与对外直接投资开放度)与整体的经济开放度和制造业全要素生产率呈显著的正相关关系。即通过提高中国的贸易开放度与投资开放度以及整体的经济开放度,可以提升制造业的全要素生产率,促进中国制造业的技术进步与技术效率的提高,进而促进制造业的整体发展。最后通过得出的结论给出了相关的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the strategy of "made in China 2025", the development of manufacturing industry is the trend of the times, and the total factor productivity is the index to measure technological progress and the source to promote long-term economic growth. The international technology spillover and diffusion caused by foreign trade and capital investment become the main factors that affect the increase of total factor productivity in a country or region. Therefore, it is reasonable to think that trade openness and investment openness have certain influence on total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, and it is of value and significance to study the impact of economic openness on total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, including trade and investment. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of economic openness and total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, and obtains the value of economic openness and total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in China by selecting appropriate metrics and measuring methods. Through the analysis of trade openness and investment openness, it is found that China's economic openness has increased and decreased in recent years. The total factor productivity (TFP) of Chinese manufacturing industry and its decomposition term are measured by DEA-Malmquist exponent method, and it is found that the total factor productivity (TFP) of manufacturing industry is in a state of growth in recent years. Secondly, panel data model is used to analyze the impact of China's economic openness on manufacturing total factor productivity. The results show that China's trade openness (trade in goods and services), investment openness (foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment) have a significant positive correlation with the overall economic openness and total factor productivity of manufacturing. That is, by increasing the openness of China's trade, investment and economy as a whole, the total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry can be increased, and the technological progress and technical efficiency of the Chinese manufacturing industry can be promoted. Thus promoting the overall development of the manufacturing industry. Finally, through the conclusion, the paper gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
