水样组织:一个新的组织概念

【摘要】:对于组织而言,持续成长至关重要。随着环境的变化,若要做到持续成长,组织需要做出相应的改变。通过研究现代企业的管理实践,发现这些企业之所以能够突破困境并在不确定的环境中获得成长,是因为其不再固守旧的组织模式,而是变成了更加主动灵活的组织。这样的组织与东方文化中水的特征相契合,因此,本文提出了水样组织的概念。所谓水样组织,是指像水一样可以灵活应对环境变化的动态组织。水样组织是组织内部驱动力与外部适应力的统一,呈现出"内在坚韧、外在柔和"的品性,具有坚韧性、个体能动性、动态适应性、融合性四大特征。打造水样组织可以帮助企业在动态环境下创造持续竞争优势。水样组织概念可以丰富和拓展现有组织理论的观点和维度。
[Abstract]:For an organization, sustained growth is crucial.As the environment changes, to achieve sustainable growth, the organization needs to make corresponding changes.By studying the management practice of modern enterprises, it is found that the reason why these enterprises can break through the predicament and grow in uncertain environment is that they no longer stick to the old organizational model, but become more active and flexible organizations.This kind of organization coincides with the characteristics of water in oriental culture, therefore, the concept of water sample organization is put forward in this paper.Water-like tissue is a dynamic organization that can deal with environmental changes as flexibly as water.Water sample organization is the unity of internal driving force and external adaptability, which shows "internal tenacity, external softness", which has four characteristics: tenacity, individual activity, dynamic adaptability and fusion.Creating water sample organization can help enterprises to create sustainable competitive advantage in dynamic environment.The concept of water sample organization can enrich and expand the viewpoints and dimensions of existing organization theory.
