装备制造业企业技术创新效率研究

【摘要】：装备制造业作为对国民经济产生重要影响的产业,如何抓住供给侧结构性改革的机遇,提升技术创新水平是当前经济面临的重大挑战。本文综合运用理论分析、定性与定量分析、实证分析和比较分析等方法评价我国装备制造业的技术创新能力,测度技术效率,并检验环境因素与技术效率之间的动态关系,最终为装备制造业提升技术创新水平提供新的实施路径。本文分三个模块对装备制造业的现状和创新活动的技术效率情况进行了研究。第一部分通过前三章的内容,主要对研究背景进行分析、确立研究主题,对涉及装备制造业和技术创新的现有研究和理论基础进行归纳总结,找到现有研究的不足之处。第二部分在通过第四章结合装备制造业的产业规模、经济效益、对外开放、社会责任和技术创新性五个方面进行现状分析,利用综合评价模型获得装备制造业七个子产业的综合排名,从而形成了对装备制造业现状的全面认识,指出技术创新活动对于装备制造业的重要性及其目前所存在的问题与不足;第五章中利用随机前沿生产函数模型从技术效率视角测度了中国装备制造业2003-2014年技术研发和成果转化两个创新活动过程的质量,对比分析企业规模、企业研发经费支出结构、盈利水平、开放程度、外商直接投资和政府行为六个环境因素对不同创新活动过程的技术效率的影响情况;最后,结合实证结果,为促进装备制造业的健康发展和技术创新水平的提升提出建议。实证分析主要得出了两方面的研究结论:第一,在通过增加人力资本投入提升装备制造业技术创新水平的同时要注重人力资本结构的调整和人力资本质量的提升;第二,根据创新的六个环境因素对装备制造业不同创新活动过程的不同影响,着重从改进装备制造业技术创新效率层面来提升技术创新水平。
[Abstract]:As an industry which has an important impact on the national economy, how to seize the opportunity of supply-side structural reform and improve the level of technological innovation is a major challenge to the current economy. In this paper, theoretical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis are used to evaluate the technological innovation ability of China's equipment manufacturing industry, to measure technological efficiency, and to test the dynamic relationship between environmental factors and technological efficiency. Finally, the equipment manufacturing industry to improve the level of technological innovation to provide a new implementation path. In this paper, the present situation of equipment manufacturing industry and the technical efficiency of innovation activities are studied in three modules. The first part through the content of the first three chapters, mainly analyzes the research background, establishes the research topic, summarizes the existing research and theoretical basis related to the equipment manufacturing industry and technological innovation, and finds out the shortcomings of the existing research. The second part analyzes the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry from five aspects: industrial scale, economic benefit, opening to the outside world, social responsibility and technological innovation. The comprehensive ranking of the seven sub-industries of the equipment manufacturing industry is obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation model, thus forming a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry. This paper points out the importance of technological innovation to equipment manufacturing industry and its problems and shortcomings at present. The fifth chapter uses the stochastic frontier production function model to measure the quality of technological research and development and achievement transformation of China's equipment manufacturing industry in 2003-2014 from the perspective of technical efficiency, and compares and analyzes the scale of enterprises and the expenditure structure of enterprises'R & D expenditure. The impact of six environmental factors on the technological efficiency of different innovation processes: profitability, openness, foreign direct investment and government behavior. Finally, combined with empirical results, In order to promote the healthy development of equipment manufacturing industry and improve the level of technological innovation. The empirical analysis mainly draws two conclusions: first, we should pay attention to the adjustment of human capital structure and the improvement of human capital quality while enhancing the technological innovation level of equipment manufacturing industry by increasing human capital input; second, According to the different influence of six environmental factors on the process of different innovation activities in equipment manufacturing industry, this paper focuses on improving the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry to improve the level of technological innovation.
