【摘要】：1978年党的十一届三中全会，拉开了我国改革开放的序幕，我国从此进入社会主义现代化建设新的历史时期。改革开放36年来，我国的政治、经济和文化生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，社会的阶层结构深刻变动，人们的利益关系、思想价值观念以及社会的就业结构、分配方式、经济构成等也发生了很大变化。这既是发展的黄金时期，也是矛盾不断凸显的时期，各种社会矛盾往往会组成一个“矛盾群”交织在一起，其中最突出、也最令人困扰的问题，就是人民内部矛盾在新时期更加复杂多样，并且呈现出新的变化和特点。它导致了社会不平等程度严重加剧，引起了社会的普遍不满情绪，同时也引发了一些社会矛盾冲突。主要表现为经济利益矛盾加剧、贫富差距持续拉大、群体性事件增多等，特别是涉及教育、就业、医疗、住房、食品药品安全等关乎群众切身利益的问题尤为突出，社会上普遍蔓延着各种仇官仇富心理，群体冲突事件频发。毫无疑问，这类问题是导致社会不安定的关键因素之一，也成为当前最严重、最迫切需要解决的社会问题之一。因此，积极应对全面建成小康社会进程中出现的人民内部矛盾，并且提出符合我国国情和社会发展需要的政策措施，已成为时代发展的迫切需要。本文从科学社会主义理论研究的视角以及实现和谐社会的目标出发，系统梳理了科学社会主义关于人民内部矛盾的理论及其发展演进，将人民内部矛盾置于社会转型的大背景中进行研究，分析了社会转型期我国人民内部矛盾的发展趋势和基本形态，对新时期出现的新问题、新情况以及全面建成小康社会进程中人民内部矛盾出现的基本状况与特征、产生动因和发展趋势做了一个详细分析，，进而在此基础上提出创新解决人民内部矛盾问题的措施，为全面建成小康社会提供长治久安的保障。
[Abstract]:In 1978, the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee opened the prologue of China's reform and opening up, and China entered a new historical period of socialist modernization. Over the past 36 years of reform and opening up, the political, economic and cultural life of our country has undergone earth-shaking changes, profound changes in the social stratum structure, people's interest relations, ideological values, social employment structure, and distribution methods. Great changes have also taken place in the composition of the economy. This is not only a golden period of development, but also a time when contradictions continue to protrude. All kinds of social contradictions often form a "contradiction group" intertwined, the most prominent of which are also the most troubling problems. The contradictions among the people are more complex and diverse in the new period, and present new changes and characteristics. It leads to a serious increase in social inequality, social discontent, and some social conflicts. The main manifestations are the intensification of conflicts of economic interests, the continued widening of the gap between the rich and the poor, the increasing number of mass incidents, etc., especially the problems concerning education, employment, medical care, housing, food and drug safety, and so on, which are particularly prominent for the vital interests of the masses. In the society, there are a variety of enemies and rich-hating psychology, and group conflicts occur frequently. There is no doubt that such problems are one of the key factors leading to social instability and one of the most serious and urgent social problems. Therefore, it has become an urgent need for the development of the times to actively deal with the contradictions among the people in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and to put forward policies and measures that are in line with the national conditions and the needs of social development in our country. From the perspective of scientific socialism theory research and the goal of realizing harmonious society, this paper systematically combs the theory and evolution of the contradiction among the people of scientific socialism. This paper studies the contradictions among the people in the background of social transformation, analyzes the development trend and basic forms of the contradictions among the people in the period of social transformation, and analyzes the new problems in the new period. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the new situation and the basic conditions and characteristics of the contradictions among the people in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the reasons for the emergence and the development trend, and then puts forward innovative measures to solve the contradictions among the people. To build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide long-term security.
