创新驱动社会转型模式下高校创新型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:社会政治、经济、文化的蓬勃发展促使人们对高等教育的需求越来越呈现多元化的发展态势。基于社会多元化发展的强烈需求,当代社会对人才质量的要求不断提高,现代社会衡量人才的标准已不再局限于知识理论和专业技能的掌握,"一专多能"的复合应用型人才符合社会发展的总体需求,而人才的创新能力是高校人才培养模式中贯穿教育教学的重要组成部分。创新是推动社会进步与发展的源泉,在创新实践的推动下,社会逐渐向高科技化、智能化、信息化方向发展,在创新驱动社会转型趋势下,高校创新人才培养被赋予了更高的使命,如何结合社会发展需求培养创新型人才也将成为当代高校人才培养的重要问题。基于此,以高校创新型人才培养模式为研究内容,分析高校创新型人才培养模式的构建,以期为高校在新时期发展过程中促进人才培养模式改革提供理论参考和依据。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of social politics, economy and culture makes people's demand for higher education more and more diversified. In view of the strong demand for social diversification, the demand for the quality of talents in contemporary society is constantly improving. The standard of measuring talents in modern society is no longer limited to the mastery of knowledge theory and professional skills, and the compound applied talents of "one specialty and many abilities" meet the overall needs of social development. The innovative ability of talents is an important part of education and teaching in the mode of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Innovation is the source of promoting social progress and development. With the promotion of innovation practice, the society is gradually developing towards the direction of high technology, intelligence and information, under the trend of innovation driving social transformation. The cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities has been given a higher mission. How to cultivate innovative talents in combination with the needs of social development will also become an important issue in the cultivation of talents in contemporary colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper analyzes the construction of innovative talents training mode in colleges and universities in order to provide theoretical reference and basis for promoting the reform of talent training mode in the process of development of colleges and universities in the new period.
