【摘要】：世界金融危机和欧债危机刺激新兴产业迅猛发展，世界各国对新兴产业关键核心技术的竞争愈演愈烈。战略性新兴产业是典型的创新驱动型产业，重大技术突破是战略性新兴产业持续发展的关键。模块化生产方式大大降低产业突破性技术创新的风险和研发成本，缩短产业创新周期，增强产业整体竞争实力，从而获得巨大经济效益和社会效益。然而要占据世界政治经济制高点需要在实现核心模块突破性技术创新后建立严密、科学的技术标准体系，这需要科学的产业突破性技术创新路径和实现机制作支撑。本文主要研究战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新路径和实现机制。分析战略性新兴产业、突破性技术创新和模块化的内涵与特征，重点揭示战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新机理，总结影响战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新的影响因素。设计战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新路径：“外围模块→核心模块”路径、“核心模块→架构规则”路径和“架构规则→核心模块”路径，并设计路径的选择方法。设计战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新实现机制，主要包括动力机制、协调机制、绩效评价机制和利益分配机制，为战略性新兴产业按照选择的路径顺利发展提供机制保障。最后，论文以大飞机产业为实证对象，研究大飞机产业突破性技术创新路径和实现机制。通过对大飞机产业突破性技术创新路径、实现机制现状和存在的问题进行系统分析，，提出大飞机产业突破性技术创新对策和建议。为我国战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新路径的选择和科学管理提供理论和方法支持，从而推进我国战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新进程，提高战略性新兴产业突破性技术创新水平和竞争实力。
[Abstract]:The world financial crisis and European debt crisis stimulate the rapid development of emerging industries. Strategic emerging industry is a typical innovation-driven industry, and major technological breakthrough is the key to sustainable development of strategic emerging industry. The modular mode of production greatly reduces the risk and R & D cost of industrial breakthrough technological innovation, shortens the cycle of industrial innovation, and strengthens the overall competitive strength of the industry, thus obtaining great economic and social benefits. However, in order to occupy the commanding heights of world politics and economy, it is necessary to establish a strict and scientific technical standard system after realizing the breakthrough technological innovation of the core modules. This paper mainly studies the path and realization mechanism of breakthrough technology innovation in strategic emerging industries. This paper analyzes on the connotation and characteristics of strategic emerging industry, breakthrough technological innovation and modularization, emphasizes on revealing the mechanism of strategic emerging industry breakthrough technological innovation, and summarizes the influencing factors of strategic emerging industry breakthrough technological innovation. To design the breakthrough technology innovation path of strategic emerging industry: "periphery module", "core module" and "architecture rule" path, and design the method of path selection. To design a breakthrough technology innovation mechanism of strategic emerging industries, including power mechanism, coordination mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism, to provide a mechanism for the smooth development of strategic emerging industries according to the chosen path. Finally, the paper takes the large aircraft industry as the empirical object, studies the breakthrough technology innovation path and the realization mechanism of the large aircraft industry. Based on the systematic analysis of the path of breakthrough technology innovation, the actualization mechanism and the existing problems of the large aircraft industry, the countermeasures and suggestions for the breakthrough technology innovation in the large aircraft industry are put forward. To provide theoretical and methodological support for the choice and scientific management of the path of breakthrough technology innovation in China's strategic emerging industries, thereby promoting the process of breakthrough technology innovation in China's strategic emerging industries. We will improve the level of breakthrough technological innovation and competitive strength in strategic emerging industries.
