群体性事件中网络舆情的研究

【摘要】：伴随着我国政治、经济、文化和社会结构的深刻变革,人们被分成不同的利益群体。各个利益群体间的矛盾冲突凸显,群体性事件频频发生。在人人都是“麦克风”的网络时代,可以在网络上表达自己对公共事件的意见和态度。以互联网为背景的群体性事件,相比传统的群体性事件而言,规模更大,影响更广。近年来的群体性事件已经影响到社会的稳定与和谐,研究群体性事件中的网络舆情,对于我们应对和处理群体性事件,维护社会稳定具有重要意义。本文通过对群体性事件中网络舆情的研究,指出了群体性事件中网络舆情的特点；以群体性事件中网络舆情的生命周期及其构成要素来说明群体性事件中网络舆情的形成过程,形成原因,并辅以案例进行了深入分析；提出了相应的引导策略。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in our country's political, economic, cultural and social structure, people are divided into different interest groups. Contradictions and conflicts among various interest groups are highlighted, and group incidents occur frequently. In the internet age where everyone is a microphone, you can express your opinion and attitude to public affairs on the Internet. Compared with traditional group events, group events with Internet background are larger in scale and more influential. In recent years, the group events have affected the social stability and harmony. It is of great significance to study the network public opinion in the group events for us to deal with the group events and maintain social stability. Through the study of network public opinion in group events, this paper points out the characteristics of network public opinion in group events, explains the forming process of network public opinion in group events with the life cycle of network public opinion in group events and its constituent elements. The reasons of formation are analyzed in depth, and the corresponding guiding strategies are put forward.
