中国特色社会公平正义理论的整体性研究

【摘要】：如今，我国综合国力发展迅速、居民生活水平提高、国际竞争力增强，取得举世公认的巨大成就。同时，也应该看到，我国随之产生了居民收入差距扩大、教育机会不均等、生态平衡遭受破坏等社会问题，这引起了全社会的普遍关注，已经成为中国发展过程的巨大“瓶颈”。中国共产党自诞生以来一直以追求公平正义作为自己的奋斗目标。中国特色社会主义现代化事业中政治、经济、文化、社会、生态五个方面都涉及到正义问题，这五个方面的价值目标是一个统一的整体，缺少任何一方面都不能称为中国特色社会公平正义，只有五个目标都实现才能全面建成小康社会。马克思和恩格斯以唯物史观为研究方法，在深入探究人类社会历史发展客观规律的基础上，对各种小资产阶级社会主义公平正义思想进行了深刻的批判。通过这些理论批判，马克思和恩格斯揭示了正义范畴的本质、特征及其逻辑进程，建构了马克思恩格斯社会公平正义思想的理论框架。社会主义公平正义问题不仅是一个理论问题，还是一个重大的实践问题。研究中国特色社会公平正义理论的整体性也就是从整体上实现了社会正义，也就是全面建成了小康社会，这正是本文破题的意义所在。本文通过深入解读马克思恩格斯原著，运用马克思主义的立场、方法和观点，厘清他们在公平正义问题上的基本观点。本文运用唯物史观分析中国特色社会公平正义的理论特征、理论内容、价值目标和实现途径，思考当前我国面临的社会公平正义问题。从整体上在实践层面研究中国特色社会主义的整体布局，，以正确分析和解决当前的社会正义问题，为全面建成小康社会这一宏伟目标提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, China's comprehensive national strength has developed rapidly, the living standard of residents has been improved, and its international competitiveness has been enhanced. At the same time, we should also see that social problems such as widening income gap, unequal educational opportunities and the destruction of ecological balance in China have caused widespread concern in the whole society. It has become a huge "bottleneck" in China's development process. Since its birth, the Communist Party of China has been pursuing fairness and justice as its goal. The political, economic, cultural, social and ecological aspects of the modernization cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics all involve the issue of justice. The value objectives of these five aspects are a unified whole. The lack of any aspect can not be called social fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics. Only when the five goals are realized can a well-off society be built in an all-round way. Marx and Engels took the historical materialism as the research method, on the basis of deeply exploring the objective law of the historical development of human society, they deeply criticized all kinds of petty-bourgeois socialist fair and just thought. Through these theoretical criticisms, Marx and Engels reveal the essence, characteristics and logical process of the category of justice. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of Marx and Engels' thought of social fairness and justice. The issue of socialist fairness and justice is not only a theoretical issue, but also a major practical problem. To study the integrity of the theory of social justice with Chinese characteristics is to realize social justice on the whole, that is to say, to build a well-off society in an all-round way, which is exactly the significance of this paper. This paper clarifies the basic viewpoints of Marx and Engels on the issue of fairness and justice by deeply interpreting Marx and Engels' original works and using Marxist standpoint, methods and viewpoints. Based on historical materialism, this paper analyzes the theoretical characteristics, theoretical contents, value objectives and realization approaches of social fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics, and thinks about the problems of social fairness and justice facing our country at present. This paper studies the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics from a practical perspective so as to correctly analyze and solve the current social justice problems and provide theoretical basis for the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
