近代东北传统建筑现代化现象研究

【摘要】：中国传统建筑是一类具有稳定发展脉络的建筑类型,地区分支繁复,其中东北地区在中国占有至关重要的政治、经济、文化地位,俄罗斯、日本等帝国主义文化及技术的强势植入,使其在近代时期经济方面有着爆发式的发展,以其地域特点为基础,社会文化背景为特点,东北传统建筑走着一条以“接纳——构建——产生”为主的变革之路,在近代的发展中逐渐形成自己的文化特色。以现象——本质的分析方法,研究近代东北传统建筑现代化现象中的问题,进而指示现代东北地区建筑创作的特征,选择近代东北传统建筑群体为研究对象,主要探索其随着经济与技术的进步、时代的发展所表现出的现代化现象及特征。主要研究内容从三个角度阐述:首先,以东北传统建筑的概况为研究基础,以近代东北传统建筑的发展为研究脉络,分析其主要类型和基本特征;对近代东北社会背景及传统建筑现代化现象的动因进行解析,从而对近代东北传统建筑有明显现代化现象的类型进行详细的分析,并以实例研究对应分析;最后从其与技术进步,时代发展,地域文化的关联性进行分析,对近代东北传统建筑现代化的现象归纳总结。结合具体案例分析以及实地调研分析,最终总结出对东北地区现代建筑创作具有指导作用的前瞻性启示。对东北地区建筑的传统文化发展与创作,地域性建筑设计的研究与探索均具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional architecture is a kind of architecture with stable development context, with complex regional branches, in which the Northeast occupies a vital political, economic and cultural position in China, Russia. The strong implantation of imperialist culture and technology in Japan has enabled it to have explosive economic development in modern times, based on its regional characteristics and social and cultural background. The traditional architecture of Northeast China is on the way of "accepting-building-producing", and gradually forms its own cultural characteristics in the development of modern times. By means of phenomenon-essence analysis, this paper studies the problems in the phenomenon of modernization of modern Northeast traditional architecture, and then indicates the characteristics of architectural creation in modern Northeast China, and chooses the group of modern Northeast traditional architecture as the research object. It mainly explores the modernization phenomenon and characteristics of the times with the development of economy and technology. The main research contents are elaborated from three angles: firstly, based on the general situation of traditional architecture in Northeast China and the development of traditional architecture in modern times, the main types and basic characteristics of traditional architecture in Northeast China are analyzed. By analyzing the social background of modern Northeast China and the causes of modernization of traditional architecture, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the types of obvious modernization phenomenon in modern Northeast traditional architecture, and makes a corresponding analysis with an example. Finally, it analyzes the relationship between technology progress, time development and regional culture, and summarizes the phenomenon of modernization of modern Northeast traditional architecture. Combined with concrete case analysis and field investigation and analysis, this paper sums up the prospective enlightenment to modern architecture creation in Northeast China. It is of practical significance to the development and creation of traditional culture of architecture in Northeast China and the research and exploration of regional architectural design.
