云南省公安边防总队党务信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：在迅猛发展的互联网信息时代,计算机网络逐渐被广泛应用于政治、经济、文化、军事、体育、医疗卫生等各个领域,部队也迅速走上信息化建设强警之路,一些传统的部队党务管理方式因其局限性逐渐被淘汰,取而代之的是运用“电子党务”的新型管理方式。本文经过对所在单位—云南省公安边防总队党务管理工作进行深入而全面地调查研究,对当前制约部队党务管理工作发展的因素进行全面总结,对国内外研究现状进行充分了解,对系统的可行性和需求进行深入分析的基础上设计和实现了云南省公安边防总队党务信息管理系统,它具有稳定性高、安全性强、扩展性好、适用性佳的特点。本文首先分析了系统功能性需求和非功能性需求,解决“做什么”的问题,然后对系统进行了总体设计、详细设计,在详细设计中主要描述了系统的功能模块设计和数据库设计,解决了“怎么做”的问题,最后对系统进行了最终的编码实现,重点介绍了用户登录、党组织管理、党员管理、发展党员管理、系统管理等各个功能模块的实现方法,最后对系统进行了测试,通过测试,系统达到了预期的要求,基本满足了系统的需求。本系统借助互联网技术、数据库技术、安全技术等并与部队党务管理工作相结合,满足了部队党务管理的实际需求,能够很好地解决当前部队党务管理工作中存在的流程不规范、工作量大、易出错等问题,为党务管理工作提供了网络管理平台,逐步提高了党务信息管理工作的效率并逐步达到了工作的透明度、电子化、规范化和信息化。对于部队信息化建设有重大积极意义,也对设计与开发同类型管理系统的有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of Internet information age, computer network has been widely used in the fields of politics, economy, culture, military, sports, medical and health, etc. Some traditional Party affairs management methods are gradually eliminated because of their limitations, and are replaced by a new type of "electronic party affairs" management method. This paper makes a thorough and comprehensive investigation and study on the party affairs management work of Yunnan Provincial Public Security Frontier Defense Corps, and summarizes the factors restricting the development of the party affairs management work in the armed forces. On the basis of fully understanding the current research situation at home and abroad, and analyzing the feasibility and demand of the system, a party affairs information management system of Yunnan Public Security Frontier Guard is designed and implemented. It has high stability, strong security, good expansibility. Characteristic of good applicability. This paper first analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system, solves the problem of "what to do", and then designs the system in general and in detail. In the detailed design, it mainly describes the function module design and database design of the system, solves the problem of "how to do", finally carries on the final code realization to the system, emphatically introduces the user login, the party organization management, the party member management, Finally, the system is tested, and through the test, the system meets the expected requirements and basically meets the needs of the system. With the help of Internet technology, database technology, security technology and so on, the system can meet the actual demands of party affairs management in the army. It can solve the problems of irregular flow, heavy workload and error-prone in the current party affairs management of the army. It provides a network management platform for the party affairs management. The efficiency of party information management has been improved and the transparency, electronization, standardization and information of the work have been achieved step by step. It is of great significance to the information construction of the army, and also to the design and development of the management system of the same type.
