基于灰色关联的开发区产城融合度评价研究

【摘要】：上海的开发区经历了近30年的发展,工业化水平不断提高,但是城市化水平相对滞后,制约了开发区的进一步发展。在此背景下,产城融合成为开发区转型升级的必由之路。本文将灰色理论引入开发区产城融合评价中,构建了基于灰色关联分析的开发区产城融合度评价模型,并以漕河泾新兴技术开发区、外高桥保税区、金桥经济技术开发区等五个代表性开发区为例,结合问卷调查进行了实证分析。本文不仅为系统评价开发区产城融合度提供了工具,而且对于上海开发区挖掘瓶颈问题、明确发展方向、进一步实现产城融合都具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:The development zone of Shanghai has experienced nearly 30 years of development, the level of industrialization has been improved, but the level of urbanization is lagging behind, which restricts the further development of the development zone. The integration of industry and city becomes the only way to transform and upgrade the development zone. In this paper, the grey theory is introduced into the evaluation of the integration of production and city in the development zone, and the evaluation model of the degree of financial integration of the development zone is constructed based on grey correlation analysis. And take Caohejing New Technology Development Zone, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Jinqiao Economic and technological Development Zone as five representative development zones for example. This paper not only provides a tool for the systematic evaluation of the degree of financial integration of the development zone, but also makes clear the development direction for the bottleneck problem of Shanghai development zone. Further realization of the integration of production and city has a certain reference significance.
