【摘要】：正《国务院关于珠江—西江经济带发展规划的批复》日前发布,珠江—西江经济带上升为国家战略。《批复》指出,《规划》实施要以推进协同发展为主线,以保护生态环境为前提,以全面深化改革开放为动力,坚持基础设施先行,着力打造综合交通大通道;坚持绿色发展,着力建设珠江—西江生态廊道;坚持优化升级,着力构建现代产业体系;坚持统筹协调,着力推进新型城镇化发展;坚持民生优先,着力提高公共服务水平;坚持开放引领,着力构筑开放合作新高地,努力把珠江—西江经济带打造成为我国西南、中南地区开放发展新的增长极,为区域协调发展和流域生态文明建设提供示范。
