论京津冀府际合作的协同立法规范

【摘要】：在此京津冀经济一体化发展的潮流下,地方政府也开始尝试合作,试图在协同发展的过程中取得更大的经济、民生收益。本文通过分析京津冀府际合作中签署各项行政协议的现状,评析其过程中的不足之处,提出若干对于京津冀协同立法的意见和建议,为今后区域经济一体化的立法规范提供示范。
[Abstract]:In this trend of economic integration between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, local governments have also begun to try to cooperate in an attempt to achieve a larger economy in the process of coordinated development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the administrative agreements signed in the cooperation between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei governments, the paper analyzes the deficiencies in the process, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the coordinated legislation between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei governments. To provide a model for the future legislation of regional economic integration.
