东北三省上市公司的可持续发展问题研究

【摘要】：东北地区的发展推动着我国经济的腾飞，国家一直很重视它的发展状况，而本地区的上市公司经营状况影响着其经济发展。企业的长久经营能够为地区经济做出贡献，同时也完善自身发展，对企业的可持续发展能力起到关键作用。本文选取了辽宁省、吉林省和黑龙江省的125家上市公司作为研究对象，其中有ST上市公司5家，*ST上市公司10家。对上市公司年报中的数据进行手工整理，通过财务指标对公司经营状况进行分析，研究125家上市公司盈利能力、偿债能力、成长能力和运营能力与企业可持续发展能力的关系。企业多元化经营的决策对企业发展产生影响，在125家上市公司中挑选了48家进行多元化经营的企业，以此为样本研究多元化经营决策与可持续发展能力的关系。上市公司的运营与该地区的经济发展相互影响，，上市公司是所在研究地域公司中的佼佼者，在一定程度上可以反映该地区的经济发展状况，公司发展能力强会为该地区吸引大量的资金，创造更多的发展机会，从而促进地区的经济增长，因此对企业发展能力影响因素进行研究有重要意义。本文对三省的上市公司经营现状，财务状况、经营决策、公司治理等方面进行分析，运用规范与实证相结合的方法，对企业发展能力的影响因素进行研究，找到问题，提出改善方法。这样东北地区的上市公司可以通过调整公司经营结构或改善公司治理方式等决策使自己能够适应其所在的生存环境，加强在同行业中的竞争优势，能够拥有更大的发展空间，充分合理的进行资源分配创造更大的利益。上市公司的良好运行也会促进该地区经济的繁荣发展，为振兴东北老工业基地贡献力量。
[Abstract]:The development of Northeast China promotes the rapid development of China's economy. The state has always attached great importance to its development, and the operating conditions of listed companies in the region have affected its economic development. The long-term operation of enterprises can contribute to the regional economy. At the same time, it also improves its own development, which plays a key role in the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper selects 125 listed companies in Liaoning Province, Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province as research objects. Among them, there are 5 St listed companies and 10 St listed companies. The data in the annual report of the listed companies are manually sorted out, the operating status of the companies is analyzed through financial indicators, and 125 listed companies' profitability and solvency are studied. The relationship between the ability of growth and operation and the ability of sustainable development of enterprises. The decision of diversification has an impact on the development of enterprises. Among the 125 listed companies, 48 enterprises have been selected for diversification. Taking this as a sample to study the relationship between diversification decision making and sustainable development ability, the operation of listed companies and the economic development of the region interact with each other, and the listed companies are the best companies in the region. To a certain extent, it can reflect the economic development of the region, and strong company development ability will attract a lot of funds and create more development opportunities for the region, thereby promoting regional economic growth. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of enterprise development ability. This paper analyzes the status quo, financial situation, management decision, corporate governance of listed companies in three provinces, and applies the method of combining norms and empirical evidence. To study the influencing factors of enterprise development ability, to find out the problem, In this way, listed companies in Northeast China can adapt themselves to their living environment and strengthen their competitive advantage in the same industry by adjusting the company's management structure or improving its corporate governance style, etc. The good operation of listed companies will also promote the prosperity and development of the region and contribute to the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
