“走出去”战略视野中的中国与亚非拉国家合作机制建设研究

【摘要】：中国与亚非拉国家的合作机制建设是推动中国"走出去"战略的重要组成,中国开拓亚非拉市场对实现中国全球战略具有重要意义。该文在此基础上对以中国为中心的亚非拉市场利益环流机制进行分析,提出深化中国与亚非拉区域合作的策略构想。该文认为,首先,应继续通过外交,为"走出去"战略谋求良好的投资环境;其次,应加大在亚非拉国家的基础设施建设;第三,应以企业为合作重点;最后应发展开放性金融支持。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a cooperative mechanism between China and the countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America is an important component of the strategy of promoting China's "going out". It is of great significance for China to open up the Asian, African and Latin American market to realize China's global strategy. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the circulation mechanism of Asian, African and Latin American market interests with China as the center. The paper puts forward the strategic idea of deepening regional cooperation between China and Asia, Africa and Latin America. The article holds that, first, we should continue to seek a good investment environment for the "going out" strategy through diplomacy; secondly, we should increase infrastructure construction in Asia, Africa and Latin America; and thirdly, Enterprises should be the focus of cooperation; finally, open financial support should be developed.
