我国低碳经济可持续发展中的博弈关系研究

【摘要】：在全球经济发展进程中,虽然高碳型产业在一定的历史时期对全球经济的发展起到了促进作用,但从长远来看,它同时还使人类的生存环境遭受破坏,造成资源的严重浪费以及极端性气候问题多发等不良后果的出现。尤其是,全球性气候问题日益成为影响人类未来生存和发展的重要制约因素之一。于是,人类开始探索新的经济发展方式——低碳经济。本文首先从低碳经济提出的背景入手,说明低碳经济的内涵及其作为新兴产业的发展趋势；对传统产业与低碳产业之间存在的对立统一关系进行分析,提出了中国发展低碳经济的重要意义；通过比较世界各个国家关于低碳经济的发展,对我国发展低碳经济的现状进行分析,详细地阐释了我国发展低碳经济过程中各个利益主体之间的博弈关系；最后提出我国发展低碳经济的相关举措。按照以上写作思路,本文遵循理论与实践相结合的理路,展开以下研究：找出低碳经济发展过程中传统产业与低碳产业之间存在的矛盾及其发展中各个利益主体之间的博弈关系,从抽象上升到具体,提出实现低碳经济可持续发展的策略。重点论述了中国发展低碳经济自觉性和自发性的矛盾是中国发展低碳经济过程中真正的动因。从市场经济主体之间存在的利益博弈关系对我国发展低碳经济的制约因素进行了深刻的阐述,确立其发展过程中主体之间的职责,探讨了中国发展低碳经济的相关战略目标并提出了一定的对策建议,在某些方面给我国低碳经济实现可持续发展提供了一定的借鉴,同时根据国际、国内的相关经验,按照我国发展低碳经济的基本原则,大胆的提出了在我国发展低碳经济的制度设计。遵循提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本研究思路,以理论研究为基础,以政策研究为落脚点,运用了归纳分析法、理论联系实际的方法,将中国发展低碳经济的实际情况及存在的矛盾进行分析,进一步的提出了我国低碳经济实现可持续发展的一些重要的举措,给国家、社会和人民发展低碳经济、实现低碳生活提供了一定的参考。本文重点说明了发展低碳经济过程中新型产业与传统产业之间存在的辩证统一关系,并以这一矛盾为引线试图用博弈论来分析新型产业与传统产业在市场竞争与协作中涉及到的各个利益主体之间的矛盾关系。
[Abstract]:In the process of global economic development, although the high-carbon industry has played a role in promoting the development of the global economy in a certain historical period, in the long run, it has also damaged the living environment of mankind. Causes the serious waste of resources and extreme climate problems such as the emergence of adverse consequences. In particular, global climate issues have increasingly become one of the most important constraints affecting the future survival and development of human beings. As a result, human beings began to explore a new mode of economic development-low-carbon economy. This paper begins with the background of low-carbon economy, explains the connotation of low-carbon economy and its development trend as a new industry, analyzes the unity of opposites between traditional industry and low-carbon industry. The significance of developing low-carbon economy in China is put forward, and the present situation of developing low-carbon economy in China is analyzed by comparing the development of low-carbon economy in various countries in the world. The game relationship between different stakeholders in the process of developing low-carbon economy in China is explained in detail, and the relevant measures for the development of low-carbon economy in China are put forward in the end. According to the above thinking of writing, this paper follows the rational road of combining theory with practice. The following studies are carried out: to find out the contradiction between traditional industry and low-carbon industry in the process of development of low-carbon economy and the game relationship between various stakeholders in the process of development, from abstract to concrete, Put forward the strategy of realizing the sustainable development of low carbon economy. The contradiction between consciousness and spontaneity in the development of low-carbon economy in China is the real cause of the development of low-carbon economy in China. In this paper, the author expounds the restrictive factors of developing low carbon economy in China from the benefit game relation between the subjects of market economy, and establishes the responsibilities of the subjects in the process of development. This paper probes into the relevant strategic objectives of developing low-carbon economy in China and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which provides some references for the realization of sustainable development of low-carbon economy in China in some aspects, and at the same time, according to the relevant experience of international and domestic, According to the basic principle of developing low carbon economy in our country, the system design of developing low carbon economy in our country is put forward boldly. Following the basic research ideas of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, taking the theoretical research as the foundation, taking the policy research as the foothold, applying the method of inductive analysis, integrating theory with practice, By analyzing the actual situation and the existing contradictions of China's development of low-carbon economy, this paper further puts forward some important measures to realize the sustainable development of China's low-carbon economy, so that the country, society and people can develop low-carbon economy. The realization of low-carbon life provides a certain reference. This paper focuses on the dialectical and unified relationship between new industry and traditional industry in the process of developing low-carbon economy. With this contradiction as the lead, this paper tries to use game theory to analyze the contradictory relationship between the new industry and the traditional industry in the market competition and cooperation.
